Baleal Breeze is a cozy one-bedroom apartment with a living room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen and a balcony with spectacular sea views. Located a few meters from Baleal beach, where you'll find local shops, the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and memorable stay. Baleal, known for its beaches and excellent surfing conditions, also offers a peaceful environment.

Nice property; nice location

Roomy, clean, well equipped. Great location across from the beach and close to Peniche. A bit sterile though; need wall hangings to warm the place up a bit.

Great location, Beautiful View

The property has a great location and is a brief walk to the beach. Beautiful Sunsets from the apartment. In terms of improvement, I would suggest a new lock for the front door.

Disappointed

The communication around booking & the check-in process were very good, however the property was disappointing. On entering the flat there was a strong smell of damp which remained throughout our 5 day stay. There was a bar directly below which played very loud music until gone 2am. The bed linen had obviously been washed but was stained and the mattress had no protector on it and there were unpleasant visible stains. We had been warned about building work taking place in the block, however with only a couple of weeks notice given prior to our stay we didn't have time to find an alternative - which we would have done as it was loud. These negatives unfortunately outweighed the positives such as the location which was good for the beach, bars and restaurants, and Baleal was a great spot to be located for visiting sites close by.

However, we deeply regret the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. We apologize for the discomfort caused by the smell of humidity and the music coming from the bar. We have already added to the advertisement the information that there may be music at night coming from the bar. We are also working with our team to ensure that the humidity problem does not return. Regarding the bed linen and mattress, we take hygiene and the quality of our services very seriously. We will investigate what happened in this specific case to ensure that this does not happen again. We also thank you for your understanding regarding the works in the building and we regret that the notice was not sent further in advance, however, it was the notice that the condominium gave us. Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, résidence calme a cette saison ! Tout a été fait pour qu'il ne manque rien ! Très grande disponibilité du gérant ( nous sommes arrivés un peu tard un Dimanche ).
