2007 Garden Chic, HEATED POOL!:
This studio is well distributed and is located in a an area ideal for holidays and comfortable because it is surrounded by all amenities.

With a terrace that can be shaded or roll back the awning for full sun, it is a great spot for sitting and enjoying the blue skies, it overlooks the complex.

There is ample parking for the complex, and it is free of charge.

The studio has a double bed made up of two singles, so suits couple or friends to stay, breakfast bar and flat screen TV as well as a large kitchen.

The sleeping area has a wardrobe and the bathroom has a shower in the bath, iron and towel rail.



Accommodation for up to 2 people.

The studio is equipped with a simple kitchen: vitro ,fridge and all you need:

- kettle- toaster

- coffee maker (percolator)

- hairdryer

- TV

- microwave oven

Bed linen and bath towels included.

The complex has a lift, heated swimming pool and pool table.

Flexible arrival and departure times, if possible (to be agreed in advance).

For arrivals after 22.30 there is an extra charge of 20 euros.

The apartment is ideally located for the various excursions and activities in the area it is 1,3 km from Aqualand and 1,2 km from Siam Park and only 200 meters from the center where you will find a variety of restaurants and bars

Only 16 km from Tenerife South Airport.

Taxis are cheap and there are excellent bus connections.

LARGE POOL WILL BE CLOSED from the 5th of MAY 2025 until the 30thof JUNE 2025

Large pool and solarium will not be available for use during that period. Please, use the small pool instead.

Note: Pool-bar will be closed from the 5th of MAY 2025 until the 30th of JUNE 2025SMALL POOL AND SOLARIUM will be closed from the 1st of JULY 2025 until the 31st of JULY 2025.

Perfect

Perfect apartment everything you need from beds to ironing board, very well maintained and lovely view, quite through the night. On site there is a shop, pool bar and a fantastic little bakery choices. Look forward to my next stay. Perfect location for me 10 minutes walk to las americas and 5 minutes from the busstation
