The Space:
Incredible duplex apartment, it is perfect for up to 4 people. On the ground floor is the living-dining room, with both areas very well separated, the living room area with the sofa, television and several decorative poufs, in addition to being able to sit and be comfortable, are ideal for relaxing after a whole day of tourist views. and the dining area with a large table and chairs is located in the middle of the kitchen and living room.
The kitchen is spacious, independent and equipped with all appliances (coffee maker, dryer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc.). It is very large and up to 3 people can comfortably cook at the same time. There is also a separate area with a washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom, which is also on this floor, is completely renovated, is large and has a very comfortable and functional corner shower. On this same floor is one of the bedrooms, it is double and equipped with two single beds. On the upper floor, which is accessed by a staircase from the living room, is the second bedroom, the entire upper floor is occupied by this room, it is a large area, with large closets and a double bed, it is secured with a railing. security with which there is no danger of any kind.
The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning and heating, there is a very large extra fan to give help and support to the top floor. It is bright despite being a ground floor, its industrial style decoration makes it a very cozy, modern and totally different place. There are no stairs except those that lead to the double room, nor is the elevator necessary to access the apartment, which makes it very comfortable.
Located in one of the best and most sought-after areas of Barcelona. Poblenou is currently fashionable and is a charming neighborhood, all tourists want to be in this area, especially in summer, because it is also located in the beach area and you can go to the beach by taking a walk, very well connected. With public transportation and close to all the important places you want, there is also a shopping center very close.

We do not accept guests who come to celebrate bachelor parties. Parties and events are completely prohibited.
Failure to respect our regulations, making noise at night, parties or any type of activity that disturbs the rest of the neighbors during the silent hours established by law will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit. We are committed to quality tourism.

The apartment is located in a residential building.
It is a ground floor and there are no stairs to access the apartment
The Neighborhood:
Poblenou is located between the great beaches of Barcelona and the city center, which allows its residents, on the one hand, a great relaxed beach lifestyle and, on the other hand, proximity to a wide variety of shopping centers, bars and restaurants. Due to its increasing popularity, the prices of buying apartments in the area have increased drastically, it is one of the best areas in the entire city. In addition to good beaches, this neighborhood offers wide open spaces, green parks, and relatively few tourists.
Most people who come to live in Barcelona look for Poblenou as their first option.
The annual Llum BCN light art festival has been held since 2012 every February in Poblenou.
Getting Around:
There is a parking lot on Rambla Poblenou, very close to the apartment.
The neighborhood bus has a stop on the corner and goes directly to the beach, but you can also walk to the beach.
There are two different metro stops very close to the apartment.
The tram is less than 100 meters from the apartment
In the area there are many restaurants and bars where you can eat, have breakfast and dinner or eat the typical "tapas"

WE WILL NOT OFFER WATER, SALT, OIL, PEPPER, COFFEE OR TEA, NO FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE PERMITS TO SERVE FOOD.
The beds will be delivered ready to sleep and there are two towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person).
Arrival after hours has no extra cost, because entry is autonomous through an electronic lock.
