New studio apartment nestled in the trees in a secluded quiet up-scale neighborhood in Batesville, Indiana. Batesville is located in south eastern Indiana along I-74, with easy access to Greensburg, Indianapolis and Cincinnati Ohio.
The apartment is a furnished second floor studio with a keyed private entry foyer and indoor stairwell.
The accommodations boast approximately 800 sq-ft and features hard wood flooring and a great
room atmosphere which provides very large windows with great 'tree house' views and lots of
daylight. The floor plan provides comfortable arrangement of the full kitchen with seating area;
a comfortable living area with sofa and chair; and a sleeping section that includes a comfortable
queen size bed adjacent to a three-quarter bath.
Private Wi-Fi network is available for convenient access to computer and phone with USB
charging ports at the bedside and desk lamps. Additionally, there is a wall mounted 32-inch HD flat screen TV with ROKU access.
The properties paved private drive leads to a large paved off-street parking area behind the main home and adjacent to the building. The apartment shares an acre treed-lot with the home owner and allows for views into the tress and during the spring and summer a view of the flower gardens. In the evenings, listen to and watch the local birds until sundown when the birds nest and the environment becomes very quiet until sun-up. Likewise, there is no urban or rural light pollution and stars are often visible after dark. Late fall through winter views include a nearby lake and adjacent agricultural fields that are frequented by native wildlife including deer, turkey, hawks, and coyotes.
The back of building faces a tree lined buffer adjacent to a RR spur-line. There is often no rail
traffic but there may be a short train and/or an early morning train -- no train
horn/whistles.
This is a non smoking and no pet private property. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is expected that the apartment tenants will respect the neighborhood norm. The apartment is one of a kind, no additional apartments are on the property or are planned.
