-A fully equipped kitchenette that comes with all the equipment you may require for the preparation of a delicious home cooked meal.
-A dining area fit for 4 people where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast before heading out to explore the city;

To add to the great things that the flat has to offer, the apartment also has an AC in every division giving you full control over the temperature of your home away from home!

The location is very good. Near everything by walk ! The place looks nice and was mostly clean, but the air in this appartment is not good. The A/C was not cleaned with moiture in it. We both had headache. To get the key you need to go to a different location (5-10 mins by car). It went well for us but you need to expect this.

Very nice apartment. You need to go to the office to get keys. It took a while to get to the apartment due to traffic. I really wished I knew that the key fob for the parking lot was in the apartment. There was a plastic key, but it was for the apartment building. Close to cathedral and the restaurants.

The journey to the place was difficult. It was not mentioned that the check-in location was a 20 minute walk through extremely busy area to the actual apartment. We had many bags and it was very difficult and expensive to find a car transport. The unit extremely dirty and needs some serious maintenance. Everything was dirty. The bathroom was disgusting, had flies all over the sink and black gunk and mold in the shower that leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was dust all over the apartment and it seems like the carpets /rugs haven’t been washed in months. The walls have many marks and leak stains from the ac units. Regarding the required maintenance, there was serious damage to an area of the unit that was clearly trying to be covered up by a curtain. The foundation of the wall is exposed, chunks of the wall is missing and there is serious debris and dirt. Another huge safety hazard is that the bathroom door is fully broken. The door does not open from the inside so you get locked in every time you close the door. This is a huge safety hazard. I was locked inside the bathroom and luckily my partner was only a few minutes away from the unit and had to come back to let me out. Absurd! never told that accommodations were inside a semi-empty traffic mall. This is something you should absolutely inform the guests and should be properly detailed in the booking. It did not feel safe walking to the unit at night, or any time of day really - big yikes.

Bon, Bon mais...

Appartement bien situé et fonctionnel. Par contre, faire un détour en voiture pendant les heures de pointe du trafic pour chercher à vos bureaux les clés et les explications ne sont pas très commodes, et les explications sur l'utilisation furent partielles...notamment que les clés du garage étaient dans la propriété.
