Our flat is located in Rua Miguel Bombarda, known for being a nucleus of art galleries, alternative shops and a meeting place for art-lovers and new concepts. Enjoy the privileged location while staying in a beautifully decorated studio apartment that features high quality furniture, high-end appliances, a king bed (180cm wide) with a comfortable mattress, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, fast wi-fi and minimalistic details.

This inviting studio flat is ready to become your new home in our UNESCO World Heritage City!
- A main area with a comfortable king bed* (and freshly laundered linen!) and an AC unit that ensures a comfortable stay all year round. `Bed is 180cm wide.
- A living area with a cozy sofa and cable TV.
- A kitchenette that comes well-equipped with all the key amenities you could require for the preparation of a delicious homecooked meal like an oven-microwave, a stove and cooking utensils. There's also a toaster, electric kettle, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine and a washing machine, great for longer stays!
- A full bathroom with a shower, sink and mirror. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
- An elevator in the building: a rare amenity in Porto.
- A cozy balcony with a seating area where you can take in the lovely Porto air.

Positive: interesting location, we’ll- stocked kitchen, decent bed, lots of hot water Negative: extremely slippery tiles in shower, moulding around fridge/ freezer unraveling, sheets too small for bed, security issues as balcony door wouldn’t close/lock, threadbare towels, no service from property manager to deal with security issue.
