Stylish, city centre 2 bedroom house in quiet city centre neighbourhood. Free parking space.
In addition to the inside areas you will have exclusive access to the private garden with furniture. Ideal for a morning coffee or drinks later on.
The highlight of this property is the quiet city centre location, stylish vibes and spacious living area.
On the ground floor you will have a private garden with seating area, open-plan living / dining space and a well equipped kitchen.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and one single bedroom) along with a bathroom. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Other amenities include a washing machine, freesat TV and netflix, dishwasher and Lavazza coffee machine and pods for you to enjoy.
In the living room there is a sofa bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Please let us know if you want to use the sofa bed and we will make sure everything is left out for you.

Nice house but incorrectly advertised as 2 double bedrooms.
After booking we requested photos of the bedrooms as none where on the website. That's how we found that one was a single room. Nevertheless we had a lovely stay. The house is clean bright and modern and location is great. Claire was a good host and responded well to anything we needed. We would stay again if visiting Cardiff.

Hi, I'm Claire from Switchback Stays. We started the company back in 2019. We'd done lots of travelling ourselves and recognised the importance of providing great places to stay in great locations. We also LOVE Cardiff so it's a chance for us to showcase our great city.
Before becoming a property manager I was a tennis coach. Having graduated from a university in Cardiff with a masters in coaching science it seemed like a logical step. Lots of the skills I developed in coaching transfer into this new venture......I really enjoy working with people and providing a high-quality service.
