About this property

Beautiful villa in the countryside of Pollensa with internet, private bbq and pool.

This quaint villa for four people lies peacefully in a pine wooded area within easy access to Pollensa and Alcudia.

All the accommodation of this property is on one level. An ample open concept kitchen gives onto the lounge / dining area with a wood burning fireplace and satellite TV.

Off the lounge area, a small arch leads to the two bedrooms, one double and one twin sharing the only shower room with WC.

Both bedrooms are fully air conditioned on a timer.

Next to the kitchen is a laundry area with a washing machine and door out to the back of the property.

This stone clad property faces south and receives the sun on the façade and pool area all day long. The well-kept garden and lawn includes a brick built BBQ next to the 8 x 4 m pool with wide metal steps for easy access in and out.

A car is essential when booking this property.

Wifi throughout the house.



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning available from 14:00-16:00 and from 20:00-08:00

We spent a beautiful week at this lovely and quite place. The house, garden and pool are in good shape. We even had a nice chat with the owner. The only small missing detail would be some mosquito protection like nets inside the windows, as sleeping with open windows was kind of impossible.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt für die ganze Familie

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Es war alles da was man braucht. Tolle ruhige Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Strand (Alcúdia, Pollença) sind es keine 20 min Fahrt. Der Süßwasserpool hatte eine sehr angenehme Temperatur. Während dem Aufenthalt wurde die Wasserqualität überprüft und Chlorgehalt angepasst. Den Pool hat man sehr gut im Blick, auch von der Küche aus. Ideal wenn man einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Ab nachmittags waren draußen sehr viele Stechmücken, weshalb wir uns dann nach Möglichkeit drinnen aufgehalten haben. Vielleicht lag das auch an der Jahreszeit (August) und den vorangegangenen Wetterbedingungen.

Super schön, trotz kleinerer negativer Punkte ist

Sehr sauber und ruhiges privates Haus. Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und beschrieben. Unkompliziertes Einchecken und kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe. Leider wurde kein Babybett trotz Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Rückfrage ist dann am nächsten Tag der Besitzer gekommen und meinte es wäre gerade bei seiner Familie im Gebrauch. Die zwei Einzelbetten sind nur für Kinder geeignet, da sehr klein. Zudem sind diese laut wenn man sich bewegt. Also nicht für vier erwachsene geeignet das Haus Leider war auch der Ofen defekt…Durch den Pool hat sich leider unsere ganze helle Schwimmkleidung gelb verfärbt, obwohl der Besitzer regelmäßig kam um den Chlorgehalt zu prüfen.

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen Ecke. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto um das Haus zu erreichen oder auch an die verschiedene Strände oder Orte zu fahren. Lorenzo war als Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen schnell reagiert. Ingesamt ist die Unterkunft empfehlenswert.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden erfüllt

Der Weg zur Finca ist typisch Mallorca, die ruhige Lage war genau das was wir gesucht haben um auszuspannen.Die Küche ist funktional eingerichtet, der Grill war auch sauber und sofort einsatzbereit (was sehr selten ist). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es reichlich Richtung Alcudia.Der telefonische Kontakt mit der Vermietungsagentur hat reibungslos geklappt, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.Der sympathische Eigentümer hat sich regelmässig um Pool und Garten gekümmert, und hat uns auch mit einigen guten Insider-Tipps versorgt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder Bei längerem Aufenthalt wäre eine Zugabe des welcome-kit angemessener gewesen (z.B. mehr Küchentücher)

Die sehr ruhige Lage war toll. Allerdings ohne Auto nicht zu erreichen. Großer Pool und alles sehr sauber. Die Küche sehr funktional. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man merkt das der Hausherr selbst in dem Haus wohnt wenn es nicht vermietet ist. Leider wurde etwas im Haus vergessen was selbst auf Nachfrage und genauer Beschreibung wo es vergessen wurde, nicht zurück bekommt.

Traumhaftes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung mit fantastischem Garten und Pool. Perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Bessere Ausstattung der Küche zum Beispiel große Pfanne und ein Föhn wären wünschenswert.
