Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Wir haben den schönen Pool genossen. Es gab kurzzeitig ein Problem mit der Pumpe des Pool, wodurch das Wasser leicht eingetrübt war. Wir haben es der Hausverwaltung abends um 21:30 Uhr per WhatsApp mitgeteilt. Es wurde sofort reagiert und der Pool war am nächsten Abend wieder kristallklar. Super schneller und sehr freundlicher Service! Cons: Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, was aber schnell bereinigt werden konnte. Also eigentlich kein wirklicher Mangel.

Enttäuschende Sauberkeit trotz guter Lage und Ausstattung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist zweifellos sehr gut, und das Anwesen selbst ist gut strukturiert und ausgestattet. Leider enden hier die positiven Aspekte. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig und trübt den Gesamteindruck erheblich. Beim Betreten der Wohnung fiel sofort auf, dass nicht gründlich gereinigt wurde. Staub und Schmutz waren an mehreren Stellen sichtbar, und auch in der Küche und im Bad fehlte es an der notwendigen Hygiene. Dies ist besonders enttäuschend, da das Objekt an sich viel Potenzial hat, jedoch offensichtlich nicht ausreichend gepflegt wird. Ein weiteres großes Problem waren die zahlreichen Stechmücken, die durch die mangelnde Sauberkeit begünstigt wurden. Dies führte zu einer unruhigen und unangenehmen Nacht. Es ist bedauerlich, dass ein so gut gelegenes und ausgestattetes Anwesen durch unzureichende Sauberkeit und Pflege seinen Reiz verliert. Ich hoffe, dass die Verantwortlichen diese Kritik ernst nehmen und die notwendigen Verbesserungen vornehmen, um den Gästen in Zukunft einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.
