Catastrophique

Arrivée catastrophique, aucune informations sur les modalités d’arrivée à l’hébergement, personne pour nous accueillir, après plus de 7h à essayer de trouver une solution avec Abritel nous recevons enfin un mail pour nous expliquer les modalités d’arrivée !!!! Nous prenons possession du logement et quelle déception,porte fenêtre ouverte, le ménage n’était pas fait (poubelle pleine , draps et linge de toilette sale dans le logement…..)à 23h nous prenons place dépité après avoir nettoyé et rangé !!! Le ligement est malheureusement pas du tout entretenu , robinet de la salle de bain qui n’est pas fixé, les linière tiennent avec du fil, tringle à rideau non fixé qui est tombée a plusieurs reprise, la douche fuit au niveau du bac , cafetière dans un état de saleté incroyable …… et j’en passe !!!!! Dommage car ce logement dispose d’un emplacement exceptionnel au pied des pistes !!! Nous attendons un dédommagement pour tout ces désagréments !!!

Pas très pratique !

Résidence bien située, mais beaucoup de choses à revoir pour la qualité de séjour dans l'appartement : frigo à changer, il fait un bruit monstrueux et est collé à une chambre ; pas de lumière suffisante dans la pièce principale ; impossible de brancher le micro-ondes là où il est placé, douche à réparer. Préparer des consignes claires pour les locataires, puisque l'eau est coupée à l'arrivée. Le ménage n'était pas parfait à notre arrivée.
