About this property

Summary:
This fantastic new villa is located in the best part of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca. At a convenient distance from all the shops, restaurants and the marina, but far enough to retreat into the peace and quite of our family-friendly neighbourhood and enjoy the sun by the pool side. The trail that leads to the iconic Papagayo beach starts right at the end of our road, and it takes only 20 minutes to walk there. You can also drive on the dirt roads but we recommend taking the short trip by foot and having lunch at the restaurant overlooking the beach.

The Space:
The villa has 6 people capacity, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), perfectly suited to families. The pool area has a comfortable chill-out with outdoor furniture and a canopy, an outdoor shower and a fixed barbecue & grill. Up to 2 cars can be parked inside. The pool can be heated for an extra fee of €20 per day. Please let us know if you would like this service at least 3 days before check-in.

The neighbourhood is comprised of similar villas and is very safe and peaceful.

Getting Around:
We definitely recommend hiring a car as it is by far the most convenient way of getting around the Playa Blanca area.
