Our holiday homes inside the Residence Andrea Doria await you, for your pleasant beach holidays in the heart of Marina di Ragusa! The sandy beaches are free to use and are only 100m away, just cross the "Lungomare Andrea Doria".

Inside the Andrea Doria Residence, we manage several First Floor Holiday Homes, all with the same identical characteristics, dimensions and services.

The location of the Andrea Doria Apartments is enviable! Beaches, bathing establishments, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are all located within 2/3 minutes walk!

DESCRIPTION:
First floors apartments have exactly the same internal and external composition and services.

Each holiday home is composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people.

The terrace is covered and provides outdoor furniture in order to be used for pleasant breakfasts, lunches and dinners in the open air. On the terrace, there is a brick barbecue.

Each holiday home at the Residence has a private parking space and a free Wi-Fi service.

Appartamento dotato di tutto

Alessandro gestisce diverse case vacanze dentro al Residence Andrea Doria e tutte sembrano essere uguali. Casa nostra è veramente ben attrezzata, coperte pesanti, lenzuola pulite e profumate, la casa era stata appena pitturata, la macchina del caffè e il terrazzino sul barbecue hanno reso il nostro week end veramente unico. Il parcheggio è veramente comodo e il telecomando per uscire fuori dal residence senza scendere dall'auto. Il prezzo di € 60 a notte è veramente buono considerando quello che abbiamo trovato e pulizie, asciugamani, lenzuola incluse. In bocca al lupo per la tua preparazione estiva e arrivederci. GL

A fantastic holiday experience.

A bright, beaming smile from the owner on our arrival set the tone for a great holiday. Always on hand, and always helpful. He also speaks English very well. The apartments are in a lovely private setting which gives a sense of peacefulness and security. A well equipped living space which is very clean and tidy. Only a short walk from the sea, sand, and the picturesque town of Marina di Ragusa. There are many excellent restaurants to choose from close by, and if you want to there is a shop just a short drive away. This is the perfect base from which to explore Sicily, it's food and drink, and the rich history. I will definitely be returning.
