Location touched by the fiction of "Il Commissario Montalbano". It represents an ideal solution for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing stay, a stone's throw from the sea. I emphasize the beauty of the naturalistic landscape and the proximity of the beach with low and sandy bottoms of this locality.
The accommodation has recently been modernized in its furnishings and is suitable for 4/5 people. You will find fresh, air-conditioned rooms and better researched solutions to fully enjoy the marine landscape of the place. It has Satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedroom, outdoor shower, large verandas with awnings and terraces with SEA VIEW! Access to the house is private and independent: it is accessed by a private road and we also provide private parking for our guests. From the beach it is possible to admire the Saracen Tower of the sixteenth century that characterizes the seaside village. A few steps on foot you can easily reach the Canalotti cliff where you can visit the ruins of the Tower and contemplate breathtaking sunsets. On foot you can easily reach the Randello nature reserve (SIC area), with one of the largest beaches on the Iblea coast.
The house can be occupied by up to 5 people (+ a child if any). The rental price includes linen change, utilities consumption and cleaning before your arrival. We usually rent during the summer but considering the climatic season of iblei we recommend any solution from April to early November ...

Our GOAL is the SATISFACTION of the Guests before, during and after their stay. We try our best to make you feel special and make the memory of your holiday special!

- The historic center of Ragusa Ibla, where you can appreciate the different UNESCO sites and take relaxing walks among the ice cream parlors of the course.

- Modica Bassa where there is the Cathedral of San Giorgio, the Theater, the home of the writer Salvatore Quasimodo, the typical Taverns and the famous MODICA CHOCOLATE

Comiso, with its new airport, is just 20 minutes from the seaside village of Punta Braccetto, while the UNESCO sites of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Scicli will be easily accessible, also following the advice that we usually give to our guests.

Lovely place just beside the beach

Just got back from our holiday in Sicily. We stayed in this lovely place for two weeks. When we arrived we were greeted by the owners and shown around where everything was. The place is spotless and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This is a spacious property with large kitchen/dining room, 2 bedrooms (the main one air conditioned), sitting room and a good size bathroom. The property has a heated outside shower so you won't be dragging sand around. There is a patio overlooking a beautifully designed garden where we used to sit in the evening relaxing and drinking a glass or two of wine. We were given fresh bed clothes and towels during our two week stay. The beach is only 30 m away, it is sandy and the sea deepens gradually so is very safe for kids. We did some snorkeling around the rocks and saw a lot of fish. That was fun! There were 4 windy days while we were there so our 12 year old son did a bit of surfing! There is surf rental place on the beach. Every morning around 9 am a bread van and a fish van come to the private road where the house is so you will be spoiled for choice. Punta Braccetto is a small quiet place. Perfect for relaxing holiday. There are 2 small shops in walking distance away. There are also bigger supermarkets about 10 minutes drive. You have a choice of 2 pizzerias, "Lo Chalet" restaurant and a trendy bar at the end of the main street of Punta Bruccetto where you can get an assortment of different cocktails and watch a beautiful sunset. A five minute drive away there is a small town of Punta Secca which has different restaurants and bars. Our favorite was "Sands" designer restaurant which specializes in seafood. If you are into the history of the island you would not be disappointed if you visit Scicli, Ragusa and Modica to name but a few. Overall we would highly recommend this property and it's lovely owners who did everything they could to make sure our holiday was rememberable. We would love to come back!!!

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt!!!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Hier lernt man die Menschen kennen, die man im Leben nicht vermissen will. Renata, Giovanni und Claudio sind einfache, tolle und liebevolle Menschen! Vielen Dank auch für die guten sizilianischen Gerichte, die wir in Ihrem Haus probierten durften. Die Lage vom Ferienhaus ist perfekt. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl in diesem Haus. Ein schöner Strand ist nur ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Das Wasser und der Strand waren auch im August sauber. Ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Haus entfernt befindet sich in einem Naturschutzgebiet ein wunderschöner, feinsandiger, goldfarbener Strand von Randello. Im Ort gibt es zwei kleine Geschäfte. Große Supermärkte in Santa Croce Camerina sind 8-10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Haus entfernt. Ein kleiner Markt findet montags abends in Punta Braccetto statt. Es ist ein gut gelegener Ort für die Inselausflüge, die man unbedingt unternehmen sollte. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen zu den schönen Barockstädten Ragusa und Modica. Wir hatten drei wunderschönen Wochen mit unserer großen Familie und würden gern wiederkommen! Dieses Ferienhaus können wir gerne weiterempfehlen. Erwartungen weit übertroffen

Zunächst einmal ist die Lage wirklich hervorragend. In zweiter Reihe zum Strand jedoch von beiden Terrassen aus Blick auf Strand und Meer. Zum Strand sind es 50m und zur einer sehr netten Beach Bar, wo man auch sehr gut essen kann etwa 200m. Die beiden Terrassen ermöglichen je nach Temperatur, Sonneneinstrahlung und Windrichtung praktisch immer auch draußen Essen zu können. Das moderne Apartment selbst ist sehr liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und passend zu einem Strandurlaub dekoriert. Die Küche war komplett neu und bestens ausgestattet mit Backofen, Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspülmaschine und einer sehr geräumigen Kühl-, Gefrierkombination. Auch die sonstige Ausstattung mit Kleingeräten, Küchenutensilien etc. ließ keine Wünsche offen. Außerdem hatten alle Räume auch Klimaanlagen. Sehr umsichtig und sympathisch war, dass wir von den Vermietern nicht nur sehr freundlich begrüßt, sondern am Sonntag auch mit einer 'Grundausstattung von Wasser, Milch, Obst, Biscotti und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt wurden. Als weiteres highlight konnten wir nicht nur die komplette Strandausstattung mit Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirm benutzen, sondern auch Bodyboards für die Kinder und ein Seekajak. Wir waren extrem zufrieden.

Paradijselijk verblijf aan zee in geweldig zuid oost Sicilië

Ruim opgezette woning, net geschilderd, heerlijke keuken, prachtig terras. Alles heel schoon, goede sanitaire voorzieningen. En niet te vergeten een hele vriendelijke gastheer,wiens vader af en toe in de buurt was en altijd vriendelijk. Uiterst klantgericht.Erg gericht op onze privacy. Het was 100 meter lopen naar zee en strand. Zeer aan te bevelen locatie.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Vincenzo Coltello und seine Eltern sind sehr liebenswürdig, gastfreundlich, und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die tollen Tipps nochmals herzlichen Dank. Die Flasche Wein haben wir sehr genossen. Auch hierfür nochmals vielen lieben Dank. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Es steht alles was man für den Strand braucht zur Verfügung. (Sonnenschirm und Liegen). Es war ein sehr schönen Urlaub, wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Nette woning aan zee van alle gemakken voorzien.

Heerlijk huis om de vakantie door te brengen. Netjes en schoon. Van alles aanwezig zoals een oventje, föhn, kinderbedje, kinderstoel, verschillend tuinmeubilair en strandstoelen. Overdekte afgesloten parkeerplaats. En sfeervolle, afgesloten tuin voor eigen gebruik, ideaal met kinderen ook. Met een paar stappen sta je op het zandstrand met prachtig helder water en daarna schoonspoelen onder de buitendouche in eigen tuin. Vincenzo en zijn familie zijn allemaal even behulpzaam bij alles wat je nodig hebt.

Ein Traum für jeden, der Ruhe und Meer liebt :-)

In Punta Braccetto ist es ruhig im Winterhalbjahr, perfekt zum Abschalten und Ausspannen. Wenn man morgens die Tür zur Terrasse öffnet, wird man von der Sonne, dem Rauschen der Wellen und einem überwältigenden Blick auf's Meer begrüsst. Der Strand ist nach ein paar Schritten erreicht und lädt zum Spazierengehen und Träumen ein. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Garten ist liebevoll mit sehr schönen Details angelegt. Auch im Dezember ist die windgeschützte Terrasse ein toller Platz zum Frühstücken und Sonnenbaden. Vincenzo ist der freundlichste, hilfsbereiteste und entgegenkommendste Vermieter, den man sich vorstellen kann. Zu Weihnachten wurde ich sogar mit Panettone und Spumante überrascht. :)) Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch ... hoffentlich sehr bald ..... :-)

Die windgeschützte Terrasse ist - auch im Dezember - ein toller Platz zum Frühstücken und Sonnenbaden. Einen freundlicheren, hilfsbereiteren und entgegenkommenderen Vermieter als Vincenzo kann man sich nicht vorstellen! Ich wurde sogar mit Panettone und Spumante für den Weihnachtsabend überrascht. :)) Ich komme ganz sicher wieder .... hoffentlich sehr bald ...... :-)

Sehr schöne Lage, große ruhige Wohnung, direkt am Strand. Strand war fast leer, (möglicherweise, weil es im October kein Hauptsaison war), sandig. Mit Autoparken kein Problem, man kann überall. Internet reicht z.b. für online Nachrichten schauen. Sehr nette, freundliche Besitzer des Apartaments. Viele Grüsse an Vincenzo!

FAVOLOSA!

Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica, la famiglia di Vincenzo e la Sicilia ci hanno accolto nel migliore dei modi. La casa è funzionale, fresca, la vista impagabile e il rumore del mare è la musica perfetta per l'ambiente. I proprietari sono persone splendide, disponibilissime e molto simpatiche :) Speriamo con tutto il cuore di tornarci il prossimo anno!!!!

nous avons passé une semaine agréable dans cette grande maison.tout est conforme à l'annonce. Propre, entretenue et bien décorée, rien à redire. une magnifique plage à vraiment 50 m. des petits villages de pêcheurs aux alentours, d'excellents restaurants, et les villes baroques tout près. Vincenzo merci pour ton accueil et ta gentillesse.nous avons passé une excellente soirée avec les allemands et ta famille autour de ce barbecue gargantuesque !!! nous recommandons cette location. amitiés marielle

Ottima casa vacanza

L'appartamento è eccellente (2 adulti 2 due bambini), ottima pulizia, Vincenzo e la sua famiglia sono stati ottimi padroni di casa, disponibili e accoglienti. Il mare a 50 mt è splendido, la zona ben servita. Lo consigliamo senza ombra di dubbio. Un posto dove torneremo sicuramente.

Bellissima vacanza!

Io e mio marito, abbiamo alloggiato per una settimana in questo bellissimo appartamento. L'alloggio è molto accogliente e dista appena 50 metri dalla bellissima spiaggia e da un mare cristallino! I proprietari si sono subito resi disponibili nel consigliarci ristoranti, feste paesane e luoghi da visitare. Semplicemente delle brave persone. Consiglio a tutti una vacanza a Punta Braccetto e in particolar modo in questo appartamento che è un vero gioiello. Spero tanto di poter tornare in una futura vacanza.
