Sleeping up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the apartment is a great hub for getaways in one of Britain’s most popular cities to visit.
The Space:
Concert Square has a modern feel throughout. The open-plan kitchen and living area has a large suede corner sofa in front of a flat-screen TV boasting Netflix and Amazon Prime. The kitchen will allow you to make the most of your self-catering stay with modern appliances being available for the use of guests.
Head to either of the four bedrooms and you’ll find tranquil spaces and beds which are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens, a great stay is guaranteed. There are three double rooms and one twin in this spacious apartment.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a clean and modern space. With a bathtub, overhead shower, WC and wash basin, it is well equipped for your stay. You will also find an en-suite shower room in one of the bedrooms.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Keys are accessed via a key safe and details will be sent out to guests prior to their arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with various bars and clubs very close by. Liverpool has attractions littered throughout the city and more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital. Each attraction is leading in its own right, but there seems to be a few ‘big hitters’ that everyone wants to know about.
The views from the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour offer some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine.
If you’re a fan of culture, you’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history, as well as art and music.
Football fans will also be spoilt for choice with two great stadiums to visit in Liverpool’s Anfield and Everton’s Goodison Park.
Getting Around:
Liverpool has excellent train links to locations across Britain. A number of routes can be found from Liverpool so getting to other locations around the UK could not be easier.
Make the most of the Merseyrail metro system which provides quick and easy access to all of the attractions in Liverpool.
There are also various bus routes running throughout the city so you'll have easy access to all areas of Liverpool.
