Met Our Needs

Easy check-in. Excellent communication from hosts. House was a good size which catered for the five of us. Our only complaint was that there weren't enough cups for all of us to have our morning tea and coffee at the same time. Two bathroom features was a Godsend.

Worst ever!

The property was dirty, Someone else’s garbage still in the cans in both the living room and bathrooms. All the beds were broken and sunken into the box spring. The towels were wet. Spider living in the downstairs shower. Upstairs bathroom and foot prints in the shower, water in the shower and urine in the toilet. There was a broken door and the curtails were falling. The neighbor could have been better. The host never responded to any of my many , many messages. VRBO left us hanging with not where to go. Spent hours on the phone trying to get some costumer service. We had to get a hotel in the city on our own and spend an extra 2000 to be safe!

The property looks nice on photos but when your there its horrendous. Two beds are completely broken i didnt sleep at all. There dirty and stained, radiators hanging off the walls shower hanging off the wall. Mold all in the cupboards, it must have been used for a thousand stag dos. When you ring the property it says the number doesnt exist. I coukd go on..
