What ever your plans we have with plenty of space to host your special occasion - whether is a nice pamper night, corporate event, hen do, football season or wedding.

This unique property has tasteful decor and luxury set up.

Soon as you enter you are greeted by vibrant colours, animal decor through out. It really is like no other.

Plenty of room to get ready for your occasions and we hope you love our mirrors as much as we do, you will not be short of a selfie spot.

Pop on the disco ball, get the party lights on and connect to our built in bluetooth speaker sysyem.

2 corner couches, with a 50" TV to sit back watch and relax if you wish, basic packages included.

Breakfast bar - for the perfect space to sit together and enjoy a cooked meal in our fully equipped kitchen or fill it with lots of snacks and enjoy.

2 toilet rooms downstairs also.

Hen do house

As soon as we walked in we were amazed, the feel of the place is just so cool. We couldn't fault it. We had everything we needed and the host was just a message away, super helpful and replied quick. Thank you for an amazing stay x

Hen Party Celebrations

Great house, it was clean, exactly as described and the communication with the host was easy and quick. The balloon arches and prosecco was a lovely touch! Location good, just a 10 min taxi ride into the centre of Liverpool. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Incredible house for a hen!

We absolutely loved staying here - it was brilliant for a hen party; so much fun! The host was really lovely + so accomodating, could not recommend this place enough.

Hen Party in Liverpool

This was a great base and house for 13 of us! About 3.5 miles from the centre so just a taxi ride in. 4 rooms 1 x 3 sleeps 1 x 2 sleeps 1 x 2 Sleeps 1 x 10 sleeps So plenty of beds with some sharing and closed off rooms for those who want an earlier night etc. House decorated amazingly!
