This huge self contained apartment occupies the whole of the first floor of a large detached Victorian Villa. It is ideal for large groups of family or friends. Most guests are shocked how big it is when they first arrive. The apartment has a huge floor area of approximately 150m2 and features a spacious lounge with plenty of room for everyone to relax. There is a 52" TV, Cinema Surround DVD/Blu Ray system, and an XBox with a wide selection of games. There is also a separate, good sized dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, stainless steel worktops, dish washer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, cafitiere and washing machine, and is well equipped to cater for longer stays for up to 16 people. All towels and bed linen are professionally laundered to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is also a selection of toiletries, iron and ironing board and hair dryer provided. The main bedroom is approx 30m2 and features 3 king sized and 2 singles. It also has it's own sink and large wardrobe. Bedroom 2 also has it's own sink and wardrobe and is equipped with a king sized bed and a cot. Bedroom 3 features a double bed and leads off bedroom 2. The main bathroom features a whirlpool bath, double sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and a separate shower room. The large front garden is very private and gets the sun nearly all day but has shaded areas as well. There is some off road parking and as much free street parking as you could need. You could easily bring up to 10 cars and have no trouble parking.
There is a Tesco Metro less than 5 minutes walk away as well as a good selection of other essential shops nearby.
We have another self contained apartment available in the same house on the floor above this one. Large groups may want to book both if they are available.

We loved the 7 days our family of 7 spent here! The flat had plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy time together! It was so well equipped and in the perfect location next to Lark Lane restaurants, a short walk (5 mins) to groceries and the St Michael’s tube station-which connected us everywhere we needed to go! Robert and Lisa were exceptional hosts! Thank you both so much for sharing your home with us for our holiday!

Enjoyed our time at the property, and the property owner was helpful throughout. Only niggles were a toilet that doesn't flush properly, bathroom doors with broken locks and the larger shower was a bit phaf!
