Welcome to Liverpool. This vibrant City has so much amazing things to offer, discover and explore. The modern penthouse apartment has fabulous views of the two Cathedrals and the Welsh Mountains. Located in the heart of Liverpool. You are moments away from Lime St train Station, Chinatown, Bold St, Liverpool One shopping, Royal Albert Dock, University Of Liverpool, Museums, Beatles story, Theatres & Baltic Triangle. Our Apartment has:

Living/lounge area

The apartment benefits from a balcony terrace south facing aspect with stunning views over the City. Access to the balcony via the Lounge area. A 55" Smart 4K Freeview TV with subscription to Netflix. Large sofa bed that can be converted to sleep one person comfortably. A modern rocker in the corner.

Bedroom 1

2 x single beds that can put together to make a Kingsize (Please let us know your preference on booking). A wardrobe with mirror. A desk with a mirror and light and a comfortable chair for working

1 x double bed, three drawer dresser & large wardrobe with mirror

Bathroom

A modern two head thermostatic shower over bath with shower screen. Heated towel rail. Toilet and basin. Large led mirror with demister.

Kitchen/diner

Fully equipped with inbuilt appliances washer/dryer, oven, induction hob & extractor fan. Full sized fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & Delongi coffee machine. A glass table that seats four with chairs. Cups, saucers, plates, mugs, glass tumblers, wine glasses & cutlery. Kitchenware pots and pans are available for cooking if desired.

Internet & charging points

Wi-Fi and USB socket connections for charging mobile and computer devices are available in all rooms.

Free complimentary tea, coffee, water & soft drinks available.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests.

TOWELS & LINEN
- We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- We provide 1 x bath towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require more.

We also have extra pillows and blankets for your comfort and support. These are stored in the wardrobe of each bedroom.

Parent attention is required for young children as there is balcony access from living/lounge area.

There is cctv continuously on in the underground secure car park, main entrance & entrance to the apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. The location was perfect - close to great restaurants, city center, and train transportation. All walkable. Fantastic stay. Very quiet. Excellent host.
This was my very first start anywhere using Vrbo. Jason was very quick to respond to all our enquiries, both before and during our stay. The apartment is impressively very spacious (considering two of us are more than 6ft 3in in height). We spent most of our time out and about - because Liverpool has so much to offer - but the apartment is very well appointed with mod-cons, including a huge TV, (capsule) coffee maker and Wi-Fi. The parking is safe and secure and very cool - essential when the weather is baking - like it was when we visited. Thanks for everything. I’m sure we’ll see you again soon.
