Welcome to our beautiful 3-bedroom apartment at Upper Duke Street!

Enjoy the Historic Area with a view overlooking Liverpool's famous Anglican Cathedral or take a stroll to St. James's Mount Gardens and the lovely Georgian Quarter which are only minutes away!

Feel at home with a fully equipped kitchen & open plan living area where you can easily host breakfast, lunch and dinner with your family and friends; or explore excellent dining options in one of the many local pubs and restaurants!

• The Kitchen is equipped with a Oven/Hob, Fridgefreezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine w/Milk Frother, and much more.

Bedroom 1:
• Located on the Lower Floor with a view overlooking the Anglican Cathedral
• Fitted with a King Size Bed and two Single Beds sleeping up to 4 Guests.

Bedroom 2:
• Located on the on Upper Floor with a view of the Anglican Cathedral
• Fitted with a King Size Bed and a Single Bed sleeping up to 3 Guests
• Fitted with a Smart TV with aerial channels

Bedroom 3:
• Located on the Upper Floor with views of the historic Georgian Quater towards LIPA and the Metropolitan Cathedral
• Fitted with a King Size Bed and a Single Bed sleeping up to 3 Guests

You can bring a car and park on the neighbouring streets with the parking permit provided.
Plenty of additonal arking options nearby for additional vehicles!

Home Truths:
- This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is up four flights of stairs. Although up a few flights of stairs, it is well worth it for the gorgeous apartment inside!

- All of the bathrooms are located on the upper floor. Although it has some steps to climb, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the neighbourhood and the Anglican and Metropolitan Cathedrals!

- The apartment is situated in a historic grade II listed building. The building has kept its quaint interior while the apartment itself have had a major uplift with modern and contemporary touches!

**Please note that a baby cot and a high chair are available upon request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please also be aware that as a busy, developing city we are within close proximity of student accommodation.

The building has a modern touch whilst being close to historic areas such as the Anglican Cathedral and St James Mount Gardens.

It is close to the Philharmonic Hall and The Florist and within easy walking distance to all of the main attractions of the city, such as the Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral and the Docks.

It is just a short stroll from Hope Street and the City Centre where you’ll find an abundance of lovely restaurants, cafes, theatres and concert venues!

Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Great George Street, just a 4-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is within a 15-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.

If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

One parking permit is provided if you are coming with a vehicle. For additional cars, there are nearby parking options:

- Horizon Parking at Liverpool Cathedral
- On-street parking at pay & display bays on Pilgrim Street

Other Things to Note:
• We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the apartment upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L14JH.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Interaction with Guests:
Guests can contact us 24/7, however, we are not intrusive in any way and like to leave guests to enjoy their stay.

It was situated in a beautiful Georgian building In excellent condition recently renovated Opposite the cathedral where there is a great cafe with delicious food Would definitely recommend this property as long as you have no access problems
