• Check-in time -4pm / check-out time -11am
•Keys to the Apartment is available for collection via a Lock box. Access code to the Lock box will be provided prior to your arrival.
•Meet and greet at check-in is available on request.
•We are happy to provide recommendations for sight-seeing, family attractions, shopping, restaurants and what’s in the area if required.
HOUSE RULES:
No Pets
No Smoking is permitted in the property
No Parties or events is permitted in the property
ID: A Photo ID and proof of address must be provided as soon as your booking is confirmed or a day before the Check-in date.
HOLDING DEPOSIT:
We reserve the right to take a holding deposit of £300 for any booking, however this decision is made at our discretion on the following -
1. When we anticipate large groups or party activity
2. Guests under 21 years of age will be subject to a deposit
Deposits are taken by way of a credit/debit card and is refunded once keys are returned and subject to inspection of the apartment.
