Good stay

Have made management aware but feel that the apartment we stayed in has quickly declined. Sofa was unsuitable as all the padding seemed non existent and you could see the bottom of the sofa was hanging out. There was also none of the essentials such as tea, coffee as mentioned in the listing. Luckily we could drive to the local supermarket and have left some for the next guests. Despite these negatives the apartment served us well. It was clean, quiet and an excellent location for both Legoland and London. Excellent communication from booking, Ammending the booking and checking in. Free parking and free Wi-Fi is also a welcome bonus.

Not given apartment booked

Communication was terrible, we had to do all the chasing to get the access information. We were put in a different apartment to that booked with less facilities ie no dishwasher and no on-suite with a proper shower. The smart TV would not connect to the WiFi router so was not smart. No dish cloth to wash up and no plug for kitchen sink. Cleanliness: some stains on carpets and chairs. Cups heavily tea stained and kitchen utensils water marked from not being dried before putting away. Overall very dissatisfied with not getting the apartment we had booked and no explanation why we had been given a different apartment.
