1. Heating and Electricity:

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.



2. Security Deposit:

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.



3. Occupancy:

Please note this holiday home can sleep up to 10 guests where the group is a mix of adults and children. It is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults only.

This lovely house is very spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, was really well-stocked with all we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beautiful, large garden area - equipped with barbecue and garden furniture - was perfect for dining out and for children to play in. Stylish, home away from home.

The house was very thoughtfully laid out and very confortable. The kitchen was well kitted out. The garden was beautifully landscaped with plenty of outdoor seating areas. Great place to spend time with friends and family. Our host made us feel very welcome with apple pie and chocolates. We can highly recommen d this lovely house. Nothing!

Very nice and cozy

The house was super equipped with everything, they left us welcome sweets, everything was very new in the house, I loved the spectacular fireplace and it was very well heated, we were not cold at all. The owner Cormac is always very attentive. Totally recommended I liked everything

Excellent property, spotlessly clean with super attentive managers. Although the home is remote the location adds to the overall experience. Overall I wouldn’t have changed anything. If I was to make a suggestion maybe add a couple of comfortable outdoor chairs.

Wonderful home and perfect for our family and visit!

The grounds and rock garden were beautiful! There was a play house which was perfect for our 4 year old granddaughter! We loved it!
