Piso recién reformado Agosto 2022

El piso está recién reformado con decoración cuidada. Aunque el edificio tiene ascensor, no puedes utilizarlo porque no se facilita la llave de uso, pero solo es una planta. Esta muy bien ubicado a tan solo 50 metros de la playa. El aparcamiento es insuficiente para los 52 vecinos de la Comunidad de Propietarios por lo que es más fácil aparcar fuera. Aunque hay bares en los soportales del edificio el piso es tranquilo.
