Detached villa on the sea with magnificent views, large garden, two minutes from the beach, walking.
Ideal to relax, very comfortable facilities, very well connected to visit the region. Access for people with reduced mobility.
It has outdoor jacucci, barbecue, paella set, football and other games.
At 13 kms. of Santander, located on the coastal road with routes to the natural park of the dunes of Liencres.
In the village there is excellent trade from large supermarkets to specialized, butchery fishmonger, greengrocers, bakery open Saturdays Sundays and holidays.

Amazing location and host

Javier and his family were gracious hosts. They live above the rental unit below. The rental unit has direct access to the gated yard and beaches below + a grill and other vacation amenities. The location is stunning with multiple beaches on the coastline within walking distance. Our group was two families totaling 4 adults and 4 children. We found the home to be very spacious for our needs, the kids used the bunks and adults in 2 of the other 3 rooms. I used the corner of the huge living area as my office for the week. The kids loved the gated yard with swings, trampoline and jacuzzi. The location is a perfect jump off point to various points of interest and day trips, and Javier provided a wealth of information on the area. If you're coming to surf there's an outstanding break just a 10 minute break down the road. On a big day if the swell direction is right you can also surf in the bay below the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Lo único bueno de la casa es la ubicación excelente, cerca de todo acceso cercano playas espectaculares y unas vistas inmejorables. Pero no compensa el estado de la casa y la falta de mantenimiento y suciedad, útiles de cocina inservibles viejos , rotos, oxidados, cubos de la basura rotos, soportes de del papel del baño rotos, paredes manchadas y con hongos, no tiene lavadora ni secadora como dice si quieres te la lava el propietario que vive arriba. La TV no es Smart tv. Las toallas no las cambian ni las puedes lavar si no vas al pueblo a una lavandería. No vale lo que pagamos por una semana no merece la pena vivir en una casa que podría ser maravillosa y es un desastre, nada recomendable. Añado fotos y es solo un pequeño ejemplo del estado de la misma.

Séjour parfait !Maison spacieuse et idéalement située, avec une vue splendide, accès direct aux plages et aux sentiers côtiers.Tout est réuni pour profiter pleinement : calme, literie confortable, sauna, jacuzzi, babyfoot...Et des hôtes adorables et réactifs !Quelques équipements mériteraient d'être renouvelés, mais cela reste secondaire face à la qualité du séjour.Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Impresionantes vistas

Una gozada de alojamiento, Javier muy amable y atento. La casa está genial, tiene un salón muy grande para ver la tele y una mesa enorme para disfrutar de las comidas viendo el mar. Barbacoa, Paella, un amplio jardín, con cama elástica y columpios. Jacuzzi y la sauna es un gran plus.Hay un par de playas que se pueden ir andando y se evita coger el coche, una de ellas muy cerca y la otra a tan solo 10 minutos por un camino increíble.

Exterior espectacular, interior a mejorar

Hemos estado pasando unos dias en familia. El exterior de la casa es una maravilla por el entorno en el que esta y el propietario ha sido muy atento en todo momento. Sin embargo, al interior de la casa le faltaba mucho mantenimiento. El inodoro de un baño practicamente inutilizado porque no se podia echar papel higienico y el inodoro del otro baño tenia el asiento roto. Nos quedamos con la puerta de un armario porque estaba roto, alguna persiana que no cerraba bien, el extractor de humos que se paraba al poco rato de encender, los exprimidores de naranja rotos... y como punto muy negativo es que el propietario vive encima de la casa y por dentro estan las dos viviendas separadas por un cristal que hacia que oyeramos la tele de ellos y las conversaciones, aparte de la falta de intimidad que tuvimos en el exterior durante nuestra estancia.

Nunca jamás habíamos estado en ningún otro sitio con semejantes vistas. Además, la casa es comodísima aún para grupos grandes (nosotros fuimos 9, de 10 a 70 años) y está cerca de todo. Javier, encantador. Un acierto.

La gestión de la reserva y la recepción ple parte del anfitrión fueron impecables. La casa es espaciosa, luminosa y se corresponde perfectamente con lo descrito en la página. Valoramos especialmente el jardín, cuidado y con unas vistas inmejorables, porque, al haber ido con criaturas, ha sido una maravilla poder dejar que jugaran en un lugar seguro, espacioso y bien delimitado. Reservamos la casa en marzo, para julio, éramos un grupo de 10 jóvenes de 20 años.

Era nuestro viaje de fin de curso, para estar siete días juntas después de un año difícil. Las vistas de la casa eran inmejorables, al igual que el jardín y la localización. Los amaneceres y atardeceres los podías ver desde casi cualquier habitación. Estas al lado del parque natural de las dunas de Liencres (que es increíble), a 15 mins de Santander y a 1h de prácticamente cualquier parte de Cantabria. El pueblo es muy bonito y el ambiente muy agradable. Sin embargo, prácticamente todos los enchufes del salón no funcionaban, había una lámpara rota, la máquina del café estaba sucia y con los restos de los anteriores inquilinos, nos encontramos bello púbico en uno de los baños, las fundas de los edredones no estaban lavadas, la ducha del jardín no funcionó hasta el ultimo día, la sauna no está en el exterior (sino dentro de la casa, lo que hace que no sea agradable), nos encontramos también bolsas de nachos por el jardín, y el mantel quemado de cigarros de los anteriores inquilinos. En definitiva se notaban la prisas en la limpieza (ya que los anteriores inquilinos se habían ido a las 12 y llegamos a las 18), dejadez y falta de cuidado en todos los detalles. Pero sobretodo, lo que fue una gran decepción, es llegar a la casa y ver que el dueño vive encima tuyo (esto no lo ponía en NINGUNA parte en la descripción de la casa), desde la ventana de su salón o de su habitación puede verte a ti si estas en el jardín o en la terraza. Esto fue bastante incómodo, al fin y al cabo era como si estuviésemos compartiendo un chalet con otros y eso desde luego que no era lo que buscábamos. Una mañana bajo hasta nuestra puerta, también a veces se asomaban y veían que estábamos haciendo. Elegimos esta casa porque desconocíamos que el dueño vivía encima (NO LO PONÍA EN LA DESCRIPCIÓN) y porque lo que sí ponía era que era apta “para realizar eventos”. Descartamos otras opciones porque parecía que íbamos a estar aisladas y no molestaríamos a nadie, pero la realidad fue diferente. No nos devolvió la fianza de 150€, cuando dejamos la casa más limpia de la que ellos nos la habían dado y sin nada rato ni dañado. Alegando que nos restaba 50€ por cada vez que vinieron amigos a estar juntos por la noche, este criterio no nos lo había mencionado antes. En definitiva, si eres un grupo de jóvenes que los que buscas es disfrutar de Cantabria y de sus maravillosas playas, y también divertirte por la noche con amigos, desde luego que NO te recomiendo esta casa.

Vue absolument fabuleuse

La vue sur l'océan est magnifique. La maison et la terrasse sont agréables. Le propriétaire (qui habite au dessus) est sympa et disponible. Le coin est calme et tres joli. Bonnes vacances, je recommande.

SUPER EMPLACEMENT

Trés bien situé, vue splendide par beau temps et même par pluie car la mer change de couleur accueil trés agréable par la famille Javier nous a donné des renseignements sur les restaurants, et autobus vers Santander A revoir la propreté (canapé avec taches, rideaux de douche moisi et filtre du lave vaisselle bouché par d'anciens résidus ! nous avons du refaire la vaissellle à la main) literie trés propre un petit effort à faire et celà peut être parfait !
