The villa is equipped on a whim, has four very spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms all with bathtubs, living room, full kitchen plus extra kitchen,
Large game room. With bar. Table football, billiards television and relaxation area
Outside is the pool with barbecue solarium, entrance porch, large gardens and terraces. The whole house has wiffi.
The house is in an unbeatable location very close to beaches such as Suances and Comillas, perfectly connected. 2 from the center of Santillana del Mar and 20 from Santander.

Fantastic Cantabrian holiday

Amazing hosts. Both Ernesto and his wife were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. House fantastic, even better than photos. Thank you so much for making my family holiday so wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Great hosts and nice pool

The hosts were fantastic, they responded to queries quickly and were really helpful. They also gave us produce from their garden including delicious green peppers and tomatoes. The house itself needs some updating, but it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect for a splash about on hot afternoons. We had a lovely holiday exploring the coast, the Picos de Europa and sampling local cuisine. The location was good for getting out and about by car.

Groot huis met fijn zwembad. Eigenaar kwam gedurende de 2 weken dat wij er waren het water regelmatig controleren. Het huis was erg schoon. Parkeren op het grote grasveld achter het huis. Makkelijke tuinstoelen (lounge set) ontbraken echter. Er waren wel ligstoelen om te zonnen.

Parel tussen de oesters

Dit huis verdient betere fotos op de site! het is nog veel mooier dan de fotos het laten zien. Vooral het parkeren direct achter het perceel is erg prettig. Helaas was het te koud (tja kou in augustus..het kan) om te kunnen zwemmen, maar we hebben ons heerlijk vermaakt in de grote keuken / woonkamer en niet te vergeten de spelkamer op zolder met pooltafel en voetbaltafel en zelfs een complete bar staat daar! De gastheer en vrouw zijn erg vriendelijk. Alles wordt keurig en uitgebreid uitgelegd. Je voelt je als een vorst tijdens dit verblijf. Ernesto, geniet van de dronebeelden die ik voor je heb gemaakt en doe er je voordeel mee. Het huis is echt een parel! Gracias y hasta otra!

La casa estaba impecable, con muchas comodidades tal y como pone en el anuncio. El duelo de la casa muy atento por si en algún momento necesitabas algo, cosa que no pasó ya que tenían todo lo necesario. Muy recomendable y seguramente repitamos.

Excellent base - lovely property with pool ( not heated but fine as weather good). Hosts lovely helpful and communicated despite our lack of Spanish . Recommend having a car as lovely beaches and national parks within close driving distance . ( flies a bit of a pain in the kitchen but I suspect this is an issue everywhere) Thank you loved our stay

Great stay in Cantabria

Loved the house and pool, within easy distance of beaches and attractions. Its worth being aware that Viveda is fairly industrial, with a large factory. There's a friendly bar with good drinks and burgers, but you'll need to visit the bigger towns for supermarkets. Ernesto was extremely welcoming, and friendly. Definitely recommended for a rural holiday.

Une très belle maison

La maison est très belle, très bien entretenue, bien équipée et idéalement située pour rayonner dans la région (proche des plages de Suances, de Santillana Del Mar, De Santander). Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et accueillants. Nous étions 9 pour notre séjour. Le billard a constitué un vrai plus.

Muy buena experiencia

Fueron muy acogedores y nos enseñaron toda la casa y el recinto. La casa tiene un decorado muy extrabagante y bonito, pero lo mejor sin duda es el camarote donde tienen una barra de bar, un futbolin y un billar. Además de la piscina, la cual tenía hasta trampolin. Muy recomendable para grupos de chavales sobre todo.

A destacar la atención de los anfitriones, muy amables y atentos a nuestras necesidades. El chalet está muy bien equipado y cuidado. Un gustazo pasar allí una semana.

La casa esta correcta. La accesibilidad es mala porque tiene un monton de escaleras hasta acceder a la casa si vas con niños o personas mayores es bastante incomodo. La limpieza un poco regular y hay demasiados adornos y objetos personales. Por lo demas bien, es amplia, tiene piscina y barbacoa.
