Clear views of the Peña Cabarga mountain. Very close to the bike path that connects Guarnizo with Cabárceno. 12 minutes from the beaches of the city of Santander and 20 minutes from Somo and Pedreña. Double rooms: 1st.- Bed of 1.40 x 2.00 2nd.- Bed of 1.60 x 2.00 3rd.- Two beds of 1.60 x 2.00 4th.- Two Beds: One of 1, 35 x 1.82 and one of 1.50 x 1.90 Normal room: Two beds (trundle bed) of 0.90 x 1.90.

Todo bien , la casa en si , las habitaciones, el salón , la cocina un poco pequeña por poner alguna pega y que no está la chimenea para usarla o esa fue nuestra impresión.Pero seguro que si volvemos repetimos.

Gracias Rebeca por tus comentarios. La chimenea puede usarse sin problema, tira muy bien. La cocina de la primera planta es pequeña (11 m2) pero la de la planta baja es abierta y tiene 35 m2. Un saludo

La casa no es compartida. No está en una urbanización. En el anuncio indico que no se pueden celebrar eventos y estuvisteis celebrando uno hasta altas horas de la madrugada. En las normas se puede leer "Se deberá respetar el descanso nocturno de los vecinos" y no lo hicisteis. Tampoco cumpliste que la persona que realiza la reserva debe ser mayor de edad y tú no lo eres.

Fin de semana estupendo!

Nos hemos alojado 8 personas, y hemos estado muy cómodos. La casa está genial! Habitaciones muy amplias, la bodega ideal para comidas de grupo. Una terraza con vistas geniales y un porche cubierto donde se puede estar muy agusto.La ubicación nos ha gustado mucho, pues es una zona muy tranquila, y a muy pocos kilómetros de Santander. El trato con los propietarios muy fluido. Resumiendo: un fin de semana memorable. Totalmente recomendable. Muchas gracias, Jesús e Inés por vuestra cordialidad!

Una casa grande y bonita

La casa está incluso mejor de lo que me la imaginaba. Muy grande, muy limpia y con todo lo necesario. Muy cerca de Santander y con muchas cosas que ver cerca. El propietario es excepcional, nos mandó hasta una lista de restaurantes q visitar.
