Great place

This was a great apartment. It is super clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for convenient access all over town, and the neighborhood people and streetscape were appealing. It’s “local” and “Roman” as can be. The host was very accessible and helpful. I loved staying there and can easily recommend this apartment for others looking for accommodations in Rome.

I had a fantastic stay at this Vrbo! From check in to check out everything was amazing. Cute charm to the apartment in a lovely neighborhood with a couple good bars nearby an amazing market just across the street.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was spacious and bright and had a great balcony we used every day. Grocery store is just a 2 min walk. Nicoletta was very helpful and kind and responded to any questions we had very quickly!

Perfect place

Ideal location to stay in Rome, close to Vatican and another historical atractions of old city of Rome, well connected with the center. Apartment comfortable, tastefully decorated, very pleasant and attentive host.

Very close to the Vatican and Train Station !

The market at the other side of the Apartment is Not worth to go, but there are nice bars like ‚ Ci piace Roma, around the corner, perfect for breakfast and a very nice Restaurant, ristorante Pizzeria Buona forchetta also Inlay 2 minutes away.

Convenient stay

The property was a great size and in a great location for us. The only issue we found is the cleanliness, for example, the bathroom had some hair left and there were crumbs on the kitchen floor. Other than than than that, we had a great stay.

Clean and Friendly!

Nicoletta was such an amazing host! So accommodating and her apartment was perfect for the few days we were there! Walked everywhere, and busses are super easy to grab as well. Late evening sunshine was gorgeous after a long day of sight seeing!

A wonderful, peaceful retreat in Rome

This apartment is perfect, it is walking distance to St.Peter's, right on the busroute, and just above a great restaurant. Nicoletta cares very much about her guests, and is very quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood has lots of kids and old couples, and is off the tourist track. This place is fantastic.

Return to Rome

We had a great stay at the apartment. It is located in a quieter neighborhood outside the main city. There is a bus stop half a block away that will take you where you want to go. There is a train station within walking distance also. Plenty of restaurants and food shops nearby. Nicoletta is very warm and helpful.

The apartment is nice, well lit, and cozy, and matched the description online. Nicoletta was very friendly and helpful. The shower is a tiny bit impractical, but the bathroom is spacious.

Trip in Rome

The owner answered questions very quickly and she was very friendly. The apartment was clean. Location was great, I could walk to Saint Peter’s Square and for some sightseeing we took a taxi , but sometimes we could walk back. Bus stop close also.

Very nice

The appartment is large and confortable. You have to walk a little to reach the historical center but bus lines are very close. Nicoletta is very nice and helpfull, and gives you some advice to discover Rome :)

Great little gem :)

We loved our stay at Nicoletta’s cute apt! Check-in was so smooth and easy, the apt itself is very clean, cozy and conveniently located. We could easily take a 30mins walk to everywhere we wanted to go and there is a bus stop right in front of the apt as well. Definitely highly recommended and we would come back again! Nicoletta is a very friendly super host, gave us tips on restaurants and things to do. Great communication. Overall fantastic experience! Thank you Nicoletta :)

Apartment in San Pietro

The Overall Stay was great. The apartment was located very near to the San Pietro church and was easily connected to public transport. Luckily everything that was described online corresponded to what the apartment was in real-life. Nicoletta was very friendly and responded quickly to further requests during our stay and even payed our first coffee in Rome. She filled our fridge with super yummy lemons from her garden, as well as some apples. Also the balcony allowed us to tan mid-day plus a supermarket was nearby.

Perfect Stay

Nicoletta is so nice! She made everything clear and easy. The apartment is in a real Roman neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, easy access to transportation, and so close to the Vatican. You can see the St. Peter’s Basilica from the street corner. It took us 15 minutes to walk to the basilica. You can buy bus tickets at the tabaccherias very close, catch the bus within 2 minute walk, get downtown in 20 minutes, colosseum in 30 minutes. Her apartment was cozy, clean, comfortable, and Chioppi the cat made it 100 times better. Such a cool cat. I spent the last moments of the day on the balcony enjoying fragrance of jasmine. The restaurant on the street level had great bucatini all’Amatriciana and perfect pizza prosciutto. The cafe Ci place Roma around the corner had great pastries. We had gelato from a store down the street. There are several supermarkets within minutes (open till midnight).

***NO SHOWER***

Be aware there is no shower here. Listing says bathtub/shower but there is only a tub with no curtain & you have to hose yourself down with a wand all while trying to not splash water everywhere. The home itself is very cute and in a decent location within walking distance of Vatican City. Check in process was easy and she was very kind and helpful. After a long day of walking around in the heat & humidity, the last thing you want to do is get home and not be able to have a proper shower. We are very clean people and like to shower twice a day but while staying here we dreaded every time we had to shower and only showered once a day. Mini split did not work in the bedroom only in the living room which made sleeping in the room uncomfortable. We had to leave the door wide open and run the mini split from the living room all night to try to cool off the bedroom. Given the chance we would not stay here again. The home is cute & the host is very nice but those two things made our stay very uncomfortable & for the price we paid we would expect everything to work and not have to hose ourselves down for a “shower” If you can look past the shower this would be a good place to stay but unfortunately for us this was not the best experience. Again I just want to be very clear & give an honest opinion, the location is good, the home feels very safe, the owner is very kind & the home is very cute but has No shower only a tub you have to sit down in and use a wand to rinse off.

Schöne praktische Privatwohnung

Wir waren 7 Tage in Rom und fühlten uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung. Praktische und grosszügige Einrichtung, Terrasse mit Pflanzen. (Und einen Fernseher bräuchten wir ohnehin nicht.) Schlafzimmer ruhig gegen Innenhof. Alles in der Nähe: Bushaltestelle, Markt und Geschäfte, Kaffees, gutes einfaches Restaurant gleich vor dem Haus. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr nett empfangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder in diese Wohnung beim nächsten Rom-Besuch.

L’appartement était super. Très proche du centre ville grâce aux nombreux bus juste en bas de l’appartement. Nicoletta est une super hôte! Merci beaucoup nous avons passé un excellent séjour :)

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und erwarten, aufgrund fehlendem Kühlschranks, schleppend warmen Wassers am Waschbecken im Bad und fehlender Heizung eine Rückerstattung von 200 Euro.

Appartement confortable et accessible en bus

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Nicoletta et son compagnon québécois qui a pu nous expliquer les règles de la maison en français. Nous avons apprécié d'utiliser la cuisine à l'occasion. Les bus sont au pied de l'immeuble et permettent d'aller jusqu'à piazza Venezia, juste au niveau du Monument à Victor Emmanuel et du Forum romain. Un carrefour ouvert 24h sur 24h tout aussi prêt est également fort commode. Petit bémol avec le chat, du reste très câlin, dès 5h du matin, il veut votre compagnie !
