The beach is perfect for sunbathing, fishing and taking part in water sports. There is also a wealth of restaurants nearby. If you plan to use the apartment as a base for business or leisure, it is just a two-minute drive to the A55 with direct connections to London, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham. It is also just a ten-minute drive to Llandudno, and for the more adventurous, the property is within easy reach of the Snowdonia mountain range. The mainline railway station of Colwyn Bay is also very close.
