You are 200 metres from the pedestrian street in Chamonix. The street is still accessible by car and not far from the bus and train station. Perfect location to be in Chamonix. You are close to all amenities and shops without too much traffic and noise. You also have the river near this apartment.
This unit has a free parking garage, which is very rare in the centre of Chamonix. Parking can be difficult to find during peak season. This apartment is also located directly next to one of the only free parking lots in Chamonix. If you have a large vehicle, you can park here. If you do not have a vehicle, it is also perfect as it is only 2 to 4 minutes from the beach and bus stations in Chamonix. Once you are here, you are within walking distance of everything.
