Why they chose this property

This fabulous home was built in the early 1940s and recently renovated in 2019.
We wanted to preserve the authentic Spanish Andalusian walls and ceilings while adding a modern twist.

Located on one of Esteponas picturesque flowery streets and in the heart of the old town you'll live and feel like a local in no time.

Soak up the sun on our wonderful rooftop terrace looking over the old town or admiring stunning the Sierra Bermeja mountain.
We are also 10 steps from the beach and surrounded by wonderful bars and restaurants.
