Well located apartment in gated urbanization, close to the beach, marina, fitness center and city center. All kind of services around. 3 double bedrooms, one en suite and 2 bathrooms one with shower and one with shower-tub. Fully fitted kitchen and living-dinning room leading to a nice sunny terrace, with sea and street views. International TV channels and WIFI. Supermarket and pharmacy on site. Walking distance to all kind of services and amenities. 400 metres from the beaches. Airport transfer available, please ask for rate. To your comfort, it is recommended to book the apartment one more night for early arrivals or late departures.

Perfect place to stay!

Wow, wat a super nice apartement at a great location! Super clean, everything you need is there, a great host and fast communication. A super view, watching the stars at night, every meal on the balcony, supermarket and restaurants around the corner and a community pool. Also the beach is a short walk and the old town of Estepona is only a 20 minute walk. We had a blast! And recommend this place to everyone and will defitnely come back next year =) thank you so much for eveything

Shower

The only negative thing was Neighbour asked us to stop using shower as water was coming into her apartment below. So we only had 1 shower between 6 for most of our stay.

Pleasant but tired property

Booking, check in and general communication with the property management company was great, Rosa was lovely to deal with. The apartment was a good size, very child friendly due to safety of enclosed walls on the terrace. It was well equipped and the terrace with sea views was lovely. Great location for the marina, beach and supermarket. 15 min walk into the old town. The property however is very tired and needs some attention - old grout in bathrooms, fixtures and fittings rusty in places - also issues with some plugs not being well secured. We had an issue with mould in the bathroom and children’s bedroom wardrobe which was sorted swiftly by the team, but was showing signs of reappearing in the days before we left. It’s worth noting that whilst the location is great, noise levels at night were dreadful 4 days a week due to the two late bars in the marina which go on until 5am,
