Multiple Issues and No Response to Refund Request

Very disappointed with our stay. Broken heater, broken toilet seats, leak in ceiling that soaked several items. Lift taken out of service for a full day with no notice; forcing my 87 year old parent to struggle up and down from our 4th floor unit. Description of property said two rooms, one with a double bed, one with two twins; this was not correct. Only bright spot was the the response from the on-site property manager, who was very helpful. Request for a partial refund was completely ignored by the host. This was a relatively expensive rental, due to the location in Mayfair, but was very disappointing. I hate to give poor reviews but felt I had no choice.
