In the heart of Anjou, a region rich in soils and varied landscapes, lies the Maine Valley, which is particularly suitable for the cultivation of vines.

The Domaine des 3 Villages was previously a training center for the plant sector.

From 2018, we have done a lot of work to create the domain. Today the Domaine des 3 Villages offers 20 studios for 2 people and 3 apartments for 5 beds for families. Each accommodation has a contemporary and refined decoration where there is a soothing and warm atmosphere, so that you can feel at home. Every morning, the team delivers continental-style

chambres à l'étage sans fenêtre, chaleur difficilement supportable en plein été

Nous étions dans un logement avec un RDC + 1 étage avec 2 chambres. L'annonce ne précisait pas qu'il s'agissait de chambres traversantes (accès à la 2nd par la 1e) et surtout qu'il n'y avait qu'une seule porte fenêtre en bas, et aucune autre ouvertures pour tout le reste du logement. A l'étage, aucune ouverture, donc c'est une vraie fournaise, et aucun moyen d'aérer. A l'accueil, remise des clés, pas de visite du logement, juste précision qu'il y a la climatisation à mettre en route. Nous ne sommes pas du genre à raffoler de la clim, mais à notre arrivée il devait faire près de 35° à l'étage, donc clim obligatoire. Nous avons passé 2 nuits vraiment pas reposantes à faire des arrêts/marches avec la climatisation très bruyante. Nous ne recommandons donc pas ce duplex en été. L'environnement est par ailleurs agréable.

For more than 60 years, the La Piverdière site has hosted an internationally recognized training center for the florist profession.
We transformed the site with 2 years of work and opened to the public during the summer of 2020.
We live on site and are very attentive to the well-being and tranquility of our guests.
All the cottages are independent and open to nature.
