Capacity: up to 6 people.

• Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, HD flat screen TV and WI-FI

• Fully equipped open kitchen: Induction hobs, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), washing machine and air conditioning.

• Bedroom with a large double bed and its storage.

• Bedroom with a double bed.

• Bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate WC.



🚗 Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.

Paid underground Fleur d'eau Parking 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld Parking 10 minutes walk away.

For information: the apartment is located in the heart of a student city, possibility of surrounding noise :)



ℹ️ Practical Information



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, access via the period staircase may pose a problem for people with reduced mobility or elderly people.

• Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

• Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

• Gather used linen in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
