Tranquility

The villa is very private and located close to lovely villages and the seaport. The house was cleaning, charming and surrounded by olive trees. George was responsive and thoughtful and Marina, who checked us in, is charming and had wonderful recommendations. Would recommend and stay again.

Lovely base for Naxos

Great stay in this villa. The villa was stocked with everything you need for a family holiday. The pool was lovely and big and we made the most of the outdoor area for the majority of our time there. Decor lovely and traditional and really spacious for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. Areas for improvement would be a better communication from the owner for check in and check out process. There was no information book at the villa either, so we had no idea what to do with the bins etc..or rules for the house. However a quick message to the owners, resolved this. Lots of lights were not working too as the fuse had gone. No fire alarms in either of the upstairs or downstairs parts of the villa which should be an essential requirement when renting out a holiday home.

Dear Mrs Kate, Thank verry much you for you lovely comments about our villa. Thank you for visiting Naxos and especially our villa. Also thank you very much for informing us where you think we should be better. Concerning the areas of improvement I would like to point out the following: The check in is until 15.00 but you informed us that probably you will arrive at the villa 19.30. Following to that we informed you that at this time nobody will be at the villa for the check in but you would be able to get in the house. At the villa there is no information book since someone from our staff does the check in, in order all the questions to be answered during the check in process. In case someone forgets how something works we have made some videos in order to make it easier for our guests, which videos we sent you on the 2nd day of your stay. Now in your case, as you said with a quick message everything was resolved. Concerning the stair lights that were tripping, at this point I would like to point out that all the switches were in place, you checked in on the 20th of August and you informed us about it on the 26th, and you added in our communication that you were not bothered in order someone from our stuff to come and fix them, just you wanted to let us know. Concerning the fire alarms, by Greek law no fire alarms are essential requirement in order to rent a home for summer or winter. However in the house there are fire extinguishers, one in each floor. Again thank you very much for your review which help us to improve ourselves and be better. We hope to visit Naxos again. Best Regards George

Private beautiful getaway for the whole family

The property was absolutely perfect. George was a very accommodating host and we felt immediately at home. The space is cozy and spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space was just beautiful. The pool was the highlight and the surrounding mountainous landscape. We had total privacy and could easily drive to many beautiful beaches. Our favorite was Plaka Beach, about a 17 min drive away. It was a perfect place to relax with our family.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, Supermärkte und Restaurants erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb von ca. 10 Minuten, den Flughafen und Hafen erreicht man in ca. 20 Minuten. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholten Urlaub benötigt und alles ist sehr sauber und stilvoll. Der Empfang und Abschied durch Marina war sehr herzlich, sie konnte uns auch viele wertvolle Tipps für Naxos geben. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
