Our accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished and has a living space of approx. 50 sqm², which is ideally suited for 2 persons. The installation of an extra baby bed is possible.

The living room has a dining area and a double bed. The kitchen is in a separate room, equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler and is fully equipped. The bathroom is equipped with bathtub/shower and WC, hairdryer, shower towels and towels.

In fine weather, you can enjoy your coffee or a cold beer directly on your own adjoining terrace.

You can park your bicycles or car directly with us on the property or on the street (play street) free of charge. If you arrive by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the Bayreuth train station.

Our accommodation is located in a quiet residential area away from the main road. In our beautiful village Mistelbach you will find a supermarket, bakeries, doctor, dentist and a pharmacy.

Our accommodation is embedded in cycling and hiking paths. The Franconian Switzerland, the Fichtel Mountains and the Franconian Forest can be reached in a short time. After a hike through the beautiful nature, or after a visit to the Wagner city Bayreuth, you can relax in the thermal spa Obernsees or in the Lohengrin thermal spa Bayreuth.

Hallo, sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung, mit sehr netten Vermietern.

Wir hatten die Wohnung für zwei Nächte gebucht, der Empfang vom Hausherren war sehr freundlich und informativ was was alles in der Umgebung gibt, 👍. Die Wohnung war für uns beiden top eingerichtet von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum Fön alles da. Die liegt sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet. Vielen lieben dank für die schönen zwei Tage bei euch Gruß Peter und Sabine

Wunderschöne, total ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit großer Wiese zum Raussitzen direkt vor dem Wohnzimmer. Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Betten, wir haben hervorragend geschlafen und netten Kontakt zu den Vermietern gehabt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Super gemütlich!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, ordentlich und hat es uns an nichts fehlen lassen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und lädt zu ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich, geben einem gute Tipps und sind sehr hilfsbereit . Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
