Modern Villa close to Beaches and Pool
Recently constructed modern Villa located within a gated complex close to the beach and swimming pool , with 3 bedrooms , private parking, with front and rear terraces and that sleeps 6 people comfortably.
The villa has 3 double bedrooms with one of the bedrooms with 2 single beds and other bedrooms with double beds.
Main bathroom has shower and bath with separate toilet and then there is another toilet downstairs. The villa has free wifi and airconditioning. There is a large open plan living room with high ceilings and has 2 couches, tv, dvd and cd player.
Outside there are front and rear garden areas with large terraced areas with sunloungers , parasol, table and chairs.
Note Pool open from mid June to mid September
The villa has 3 double bedrooms with one of the bedrooms with 2 single beds and other bedrooms with double beds.

Super maison bien placée
Super séjour dans cette maison qui est située à 5 min à pied des plages . De plus elle est collée à là piscine commune qui est vraiment très pratique. La résidence où se trouve la maison est sécurisée et très calme. Il y a des places de stationnement dans la résidence en plus de la place abritée devant la maison. Il y a des bus qui passent devant la résidence pour aller en 10 min dans le centre de Sete et en 25 min à Marseillan. Rien à dire . Communication au top avec Tim. Je recommande.
