About this property

FULLY RENOVATED HOUSE WITH HOT TUB and SEA VIEW

"BROWNSEA VIEW" Is a stunning house with a view of the sea and Brownsea Island in Poole, Dorset from the master bedroom. The house comes with a hot tub (extra fee for use), Weber BBQ and has been fully renovated to a very high standard.

The house is located just a few minutes walk to the sea and also a few minutes walk to Poole Quay with its wide range of restaurants and bars. Sandbanks is a short drive away and a parking space is provided.

The space
GROUND FLOOR:
• Kitchen has a washer dryer, full size fridge freezer, slimline dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, large range of cooking utensils and a large table.

• Living Room has chairs, sofa, tables and a large Smart TV

• Downstairs toilet

• Garden: Sunny garden with Hot Tub (extra charge of £80 for use, please let me know if you would like to use so I can ensure it is prepared for you), Weber BBQ, artificial grass and dining table and chairs.


FIRST FLOOR:
• Master bedroom with small ensuite, private terrace with table and chairs and view to the sea and Brownsea Island, double bed and Smart TV

• Bedroom 2 with double bed

• Bedroom 3 with 2 or 3 single beds or and option of a super king bed and Smart TV

• Family bathroom with bath

PARKING
• Parking space for the house is at the back of the property through the arch and then on the right hand side there is also 2 visitor spaces at the front of the property that can be used (they are the spaces that have no numbers on them and are for all the houses in the development). Parking can also be booked in advance at the Holiday Inn Express car park via Just Park.

OTHER
• The house has central heating, high speed wi-fi and Smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom 3. There is a free private car parking space. Bed linen, towels for use within the house, high chair and a full range of cooking utensils provided. A noise monitoring device has been installed in the kitchen, it does not record its a privacy/safety device used to monitor excessive noise levels. There is a CCTV camera used to protect the property and records the rear perimeter but does capture the garden or hot tub.

• Access to the house is via the key safe and any issues we live only 10 minutes away. There is a free private parking space.

Finally, we request that no music is played after 10.30pm due to neighbours and that shoes are not worn in the house please.

Three Generation Christmas
Property was just what we needed. Clean, tidy and with a hot (very hot) tub, The decorated Christmas tree was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds comfortable. What more could you ask for from a holiday rental?

Brilliant house with three double size bedrooms. Modern decor and plenty of kitchen appliances. Walking distance to Poole Quay and Poole Park and easy access to bus and train station. Easy to check in and out with the key safe.

Beautiful house, perfect location had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable however hot tub was amazing and balcony with sea view was incredible would definitely stay here again! X

So clean, tidy and cute! Really lovely little house perfect base for exploring the local area. Hot tub meant the rainy day still felt fun and kids had amazing time. Thank you to the fab hosts, there was brilliant communication too.

We have recently moved to Poole and absolutely love the area. Our favourite things to do are to go for walks along the beach or in the New Forest.
