Fully equipped flat in the heart of an archaeological park. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living area and a private patio. 30 mins away from the city centre. This beautiful and bright apartment was refurbished in 2020. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities needed for a short or long stay, including dishwasher, kettle, toaster, induction hob and microwave. The dining and living area benefits from lots of light coming from the big windows. It has 2 bathrooms. There are 2 separate bedrooms. Room one on the ground level has a king-size bed, room two on the upper floor has 3 single beds. There is also underfloor heating throughout the apartment. You will have exclusive access to a private patio, fitted with table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds and barbecue. The apartment has a beautiful fireplace ideal for winter nights. You will also be sharing the swimming pool with the other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi. The apartment also boasts a SMART TV, air-conditioning and WiFi.
By booking this apartment, guests will benefit from 2 covered parking spaces.

- Please note that the bus stop, which is right in front of the property entrance, is 700 meters away from the apartment itself.

- Please note that you will share the laundry room, the swimming pool and communal garden with other guests of Tenuta Capizucchi.

- You may use the swimming pool from May to September, according to weather conditions.

- Please note that, in case of reservations for the same day, we may need some extra time for the preparation; you will still be able to drop your luggage at your convenience.

Much better solution than hotel

Place is located about 7-8 miles from Rome - with traffic it takes about 35-40 min to center of the city. We had room and bathroom floor on 1st level (queen size bed) and there was a room (3 twin beds) and bathroom. We also had kitchen/living room area (plates, glasses, silverware, pans). Property is clean. You will need car to get around - its not walking distance to anything - which it didnt bother us, we had car. Check in was contactless - we were given instructions how to access property. The only thing I want to comment was no one ever called us or contacted us to see if everything was ok, maybe for future check in with your guests. Overall - highly recommend
