The villa is in Casal Palocco area. This is one of the most upscale, renowned family and luxury destination in Rome. It is conveniently located between Rome and the beach in Ostia while surrounded by peaceful nature. In the area you can find the luxurious villa of the President of Italy, famous soccer players, politician, artists and so on. Many of the most respected Romans, choose this area as their neighborhood to live in because of the safety, the countless beautiful restaurants, the upscale villas, the large roads, and the perfect location that blends convenience and peace away from the chaos of the city.

This property had been in our family for many years. It was built and designed by a famous post-modern architect that meticulously created it form his family. The house features ancient paintings, designer furniture and top-quality materials like Carrara marbles, venetian stuccos, Italian leathers, and Swedish furniture.
