The apartment is situated In the center of Rome, near the Colosseum and at corner of the basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore

The apartment is situated at 4° floor, with elevator. The flat is great 65mq with a beautiful Balcony of 5mq, here there is a table with a chairs where you can enjoy the panorama of the city and get a glimpse of the magnificent Basilica of St. John in Lateran!

There is a parquet in all the flat. Here can leave comfortable 5 persons.
There is a luminous living room with an elegant table with chairs, one double sofa bed and one single sofa bed very comfortable and stylish, a large SMART TV and an efficient A/C; in the bedroom there is a new King size bed, a big closet and a large window.

Also there is a big and fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.

The bathroom is new, very clean and elegant, with hairdryer, shower and new washing machine.

The apartment is Unlimited Wi-Fi!

The price including 'WELCOME SUPLLY': table salt, cooking salt, sugar, italian coffee, american coffè, thè, extra- virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, soap for wash up, soap for hands, toilet roll!

Amazing host and property. I messaged her a lot and she always responded timely no matter how dumb the question. As for the property, I know others have said they felt unsafe well I couldn’t disagree more. It’s a big city, you will see things that might make you feel uncomfortable but at no point did I ever feel unsafe around the property (or anywhere in Roma).

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location was fantastic—close to all the major sights but still in a real, local neighborhood. The place was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. Breakfast on the balcony was a highlight, and the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. A great spot for exploring Rome!

This 4th floor apartment is in a great location and has a balcony that is large enough for 2 people to enjoy a glass of wine. From my research and in my opinion, this property is worth every penny. It’s tired and funky decor is not unusual for Rome. However, renters need to keep an open mind when. The apartment is a great place for a couple. Any more occupants than two would not be the best. We would stay at this apartment again. Daniela is a great host and communicator.

Location was excellent, close to Termini and the Colosseum. Communication with owner was good. There was a major issue with the apartment when we arrived, and the owner took care of it the same day. The balcony is awesome to sit out and relax on.There was a homeless (possibly transient)gentleman who would scream at night. It's more of a social issue than anything about this apartment. It wouldn't last long and really never affected us. There is a Conad up the street which made shopping for food easy. Would recommend this location if you are looking in the area.

Great location, easy to get to. One stop away from Roma Termini on the Metro A line and an easy walk down Via Machiavelli. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés and mercatos nearby. Great location! Grocery and restaurants close. Loved the small terrace for morning coffee. Very clean. Only issue was the hair dryer is not meant to style long hair. Kind of an issue for 3 women. Brought my own but it wouldn’t work there.

The flat is situated in the historical centre, 5 min by walk from the Coliseum, in the heart of the city, where you can visiting most historical sites of Rome either walking or using the public transport. All major bus, underground and tourist bus routes are off the door. 5 minutes of walks from Domus Aurea, between the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and St. john in Lateran. . At 900 mt there is the principal train station 'Termini' (where arrive and leave the train from/to international airport of Fiumicino). At 100 mt there is the subway stop "Vittorio Emanuele". Here you can find everything, bus, taxis, restaurants, pubs, bar, pizzeria, ice cream parlour, theatres and cinemas.
