The Coliseum, Palatine Hill, St. Peter in Chains, Piazza Venezia and the Vittoriano, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Capitol, the Ara Coeli, Teatro Marcello, the Mouth of Truth, Circus Maximus, Terme di Caracalla, the Tiber Island and the Quirinal and the beautiful Trevi Fountain are reachable with a pleasant walk (10 "real" minutes!).The house, tastefully renovated and equipped with every comfort and can accommodate families and small groups of friends up to six people.

Great location and helpful hosts

My family and I stayed here while visiting Rome. My mom can’t climb stairs well, so we were relieved for the elevator! The hosts were so helpful and quick with any question we had about the property or Rome. Just steps outside the door were archeological sites, monuments, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Perfect

The hosts met us when we checked in and could not be more kind. They were very detailed. The location could not have been any better. Everything was within walking distance. Very, very, very close. When we left, one of our wallets with identification and money was left. The hosts reached out to us immediately to get it returned. We really could not be more happy with the visit.

A very positive experience

Communication was timely, informative, and helpful. Check in was smooth and helpful. The property is in a great location near historic sites and in a local neighborhood. Property manager was very accommodating and helpful. It was a very positive experience.

Wonderful place for a family to stay in Rome

Wonderful location, clean and comfortable. Santino was very helpful and met us on location to show us how everything worked. Would love to stay there again!

Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at the property. It is right in the heart of everything and the history that is right outside your door is breathtaking. Santino was a fabulous host; the apartment is clean and stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay. The fact that it has a lift/elevator is great, especially if you are on a long holiday and have heavy bags. We took advantage of the washer that they have. Cannot say enough nich things about Santino and his lovely property. Would recommend to my friends and family for sure.
