The facility was as advertised. The property was well maintained and the housekeeper, Nikki was there to meet us and gave us a very thorough explanation of how everything worked. The views of the coliseum was spectacular! I will definitely recommend this property to friends coming to Rome.

Excellent location. Breathtaking views. Very clean accomodations and Nikki was wonderful. Great cost savings to get take out and eat on the terrace. Only caution was the final staircase leading to the apartment. Not ideal for older/unstable individuals but fine for a family retreat!

The Views!!

This property has multimillion dollar views! The Colosseum is super close and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Nikki, the property manager, is great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The apartment is centrally located and all important sights were walkable. The apartment has an elevator that gets you up six floors but the last floor is two flights of stairs which we were aware of but they are steep with low head clearance for anyone over six feet tall. Nicky the housekeeper was most helpful in explaining things and helping us with the washing machine. The kitchen is small. There is really only two bedrooms that are enclosed, the third is open to several areas and would be most suitable for children not adults. Overall I would say that we enjoyed the apartment and if we were 20 years younger we would have liked it even more.

Outstanding Colliseum vies

You cannot believe this amazing rooftop terrace! It's huge and the perfect nighttime hangout spot with the Colliseum backdrop. Would definitely highly recommend this place.

Amazing top floor condo overlooking the Colosseum

My family of 6 stayed here for 4 days, 3 nights prior to embarking on a Mediterranean Cruise. The Condo was very spacious and in an ideal location. The views from the roof top patio are hard to beat as we had a majestic view of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. St. Peter's Cathedral could also be seen in the distance. Niki, the condo caretaker, was very accessible and helpful during our stay. The only downside was this was on the top floor and did require a little navigation up some steps with the luggage, but well worth the effort. There is a lift that goes up to the level just under the condo. Within a few blocks there are numerous restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this condo to families visiting Rome!

Wow! What a view!

We had an amazing stay and loved this quaint, quite Italian place. Nikkie was wonderful helping us get acclimated and checked in quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms wonderful and the terrace and views were beyond amazing! Restaurants, grocery stores, everything we needed was nearby! We highly recommend studying here.

Fabulous time

Everything was amazing about this property! We had an absolutely amazing time. Nikki was kind and explained everything perfectly upon check-in. The location was incredible and views of the Coliseum from the rooftop were gorgeous. The only three small issues I saw were (1) there were ants in the kitchen on the counter, (2) the light in the hallway going up the the apartment didn’t work and it was an extremely dangerous stairway (2 people in are party took falls), (3) the smell from the bathroom drains was really strong and bad.

Amazing view and terrace to enjoy the best sites of Rome!

Nikki was just an amazing person, so helpful and welcoming. She met us at the door, helped us get settled and even checked in on us throughout our stay. The apartment was comfortable but it was the amazing direct view of the Colosseum that sold it. A perfect location, perfect host and wonderful few days in Rome!

Great stay close to the Colosseum

We were here for 3 nights and enjoyed this prime location. The apartment is great and relatively easy to find. Our host met us and oriented us to the apartment and building. The location and number of beds worked great for us. Only things to note is the shower pressure is pretty non existent and finding parking was a pain at times. But a great place and would recommend.
