In the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the most important monuments of the city, right behind the Pantheon (of which it is possible to admire the dome from the private terrace and from the large windows of the bedrooms).
The apartment has 3 bright bedrooms with large windows (equipped with blackout curtains) overlooking the dome of the Pantheon and two living rooms, one large and bright with a spectacular view of the domes of S.Pietro, S.Agnese, Piazza S.Eustachio and S.Ivo alla Sapienza and the other smaller living room with adjoining kitchenette.
Another independent kitchen complete with all the equipment (in total in the two kitchens there are 6 electric hobs and two ovens, one electric, the other microwave and two refrigerators with freezer) with a view over the roofs of the city.
Upon arrival guests will also have a welcome for breakfast and cuisine
4 small bathrooms (three with shower).

In the first living room there is a queen size double sofa bed with two single futon beds.
In the second living room a queen size double sofa bed.
Wardrobes in each bedroom.
The apartment has all the comforts:
1) independent air conditioning/heating
2) wi-fi works perfectly
3) sheets and towels provided, thorough and scrupulous cleaning
4) two televisions in the living rooms (one with Netflix and Amazon Video)
5) 2 washing machines
6) iron and ironing board
7) hairdryer and hair straightener.
The apartment is in the heart of the city so within walking distance guests will find elegant shops of all kinds, open-air markets with typical products, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and in the nearby Via del Corso the most famous shops of the best brands for shopping.
Furthermore, it is possible to reach the most evocative places in the city on foot, Piazza Navona, the Trevi fountain, S. Pietro the Colosseum, Campo di Fiori, Piazza di Spagna can all be reached with a short walk.
Near the apartment they will find all the neighborhoods of the city such as Trastevere and Monti, suggestive and famous for their clubs and restaurants.
The taxi station is next to the Pantheon, in front of the entrance to the building, and from the Largo Argentina square there are buses and taxis to easily reach the airport or the station.
Furthermore, it is also possible to book a comfortable and reliable private transport service.

The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and great views. It was in a great location for eating entertainment and transportation. The host was very helpful and even suggested an amazing tour guide. My family and I would definitely stay here again

Amazing location

This property is in the perfect location and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was large and comfortable but it was a little more difficult for my parents in their 70s to navigate the stairs multiple times a day. Antonella was also very quick to respond and was able to quickly come to the property when we needed help.

Fantastic Views and Location

Even the children raved about looking out at the pantheon and rooftops of Rome! The flat was well equipped and our host very generous in providing coffee and snacks for us. We highly recommend this home. One clarification is that there are 3 bedrooms, 2 pullout sofas and 2 folding cots, making for a little awkward sleeping arrangements for our large group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Also, the location on the top floor (no lift) meant hauling bags and walking up and down 130 steps…a challenge for the fittest among us. But the location…unbeatable!

Amazing Location

Visited for 5 days with my family. This is truly a perfect location and the host was wonderful. Everything was clean and very easy. As stated in other reviews, the stairs are a challenge if you're at all compromised. But if not, it's worth the effort.

4 Days In Rome with Family of 12

The property location was fantastic - right near cafes, restaurants, and the Pantheon. The host was great with communication in advance of our trip. The apartment had plenty of space for our family of 12 (4 children). Only downside was the number of stairs to get to the apartment and showers were pretty small. Overall a great place to stay!

The perfect location!

Our group of 10 travelers, including 6 teens, had the perfect start to our Italian vacation at Antonella’s lovely apartment. The location was absolutely perfect: we walked everywhere, even in the August heat! Antonella was helpful with our arrival transportation from the airport. Grazie mille!

Sprawling flop for couples or groups

This is a perfect location, and suitable for small or large families. There are four flights of stairs, 28 steps each, so luggage is a consideration. The place is beautiful, well air-conditioned, with two kitchens and three baths. Next door to a nice little eatery called Miscellanea, the owner is quite nice.

Beautiful flat, great location

The flat is beautiful and clean. Antonella was great at meeting us when our tour at the Vatican took longer than expected. She also left us snacks and flowers. Great neighborhood close to the Pantheon. We highly recommend it. There are 4 flights of stairs to reach it, so be prepared.

Huge beautiful place by the Pantheon

This is essentially two connected apartments, which was more than enough space for us. The location could not be better, as the Pantheon is out the window. The stairs my seem intimidating, but proved to be no problem for my retired parents. Antonella was fantastic with communicating and made sure everything was great. I would be lucky to stay there again.

Large family trip

This was a great property for our large family of 10. The location can't be beat. The 110 stairs to the 4th floor are hard!! If anyone had mobility issues, it would be a problem. We were there for 1 week and there was never any work done on the elevator construction, I would not assume it will be finished anytime soon.

Great apartment - amazing location. Enjoyed the visit in this apartment with my husband and our two teenage girls. Easy access to pantheon , navona, trevi and campo de'fiori. Also quick walk to Argentina bus hub to catch buses to Vatican and RomaTermini ( infamous bus 64 !). Antonella was lovely - easy to communicate with by email , and in person once we arrived. Can't wait to go back ! Would absolutely stay in this apartment again without reservations ( despite the 109 steps).

Excellent location and wonderful owners

We rented Antonella's home for three weeks in October 2011 and what a wonderful time. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well kept. We had no concerns regarding safety as the apartment is on the fourth floor of a secure building. The cleaning service was an added plus as was the "welcoming" basket of breakfast foods. With the exception of the cab to/from the airport, we spent the rest of our trip walking the streets of Rome, despite a taxi stand located just around the corner. We truly felt that we experienced the Rome of the "locals" and highly recommend 38 via della Palmobella.

Not what we expected

The property is very old, the showers are so small it is challenging for an adult to fit, the master bath emitted acrid smells, there was over 100 steps with no elevator (a problem if you are not able to manage steps). The view was lovely and the location very accessible if you are okay with the other challenges.

Wonderful location

The apartment was clean and well appointed. Very spacious for family of five to spread out. Antonella was very attentive. There was a little hiccup with communication at check in, but that was more to do with texting issues. Whatsapp works best. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only downside to this apartment is the 4 flights of stairs, so make sure you're physically able to handle it. Not a big deal, but I could see older folks potentially having an issue. Thank you Antonella for a lovely stay!

Lovely apartment/Perfect host

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and more space than we needed for two but we enjoyed it all. The views of the Pantheon and the dome of St.Peter's were worth it. Having internet, washer & dryer and full kitchen were a plus but being so close to the amazing restaurants and coffee shops - the kitchen was not used that much. The fact there are just over 100 stairs to get to the apartment - only made the views all the more precious. Antonella was easy to work with before, during and after our trip to Rome and her lovely apartment. We had no problems, she gave us transportation and restaurant recommendations which were very helpful and turned into blessings. My daughters are traveling to Rome next spring and I have highly recommended they stay here for the perfect location and exceptional hospitality.

A Perfect Place to Stay

Our family of 4 including 2 boys (ages 12 & 10) absolutely enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The view from the kitchen and TV area was indeed absolutely enchanting. I felt like I was in a Mary Poppins movie. I can't say enough about the location. It was central to everything. Literally, the Pantheon was right outside your door. From here, we were able to walk everywhere and I mean everywhere. I will say to get to the apartment, you have to climb 105 stairs. This was not a problem for our family whatsoever. Another great feature, was the washer in the apt. We were able to wash one load of clothes and then hang them to dry which worked out great. Antonella was a wonderful hostess. Prior to our visit, Antonella took the time to answer our questions and was always prompt in her replies. She also prepared the kitchen with basic groceries and snacks which we really, really appreciated especially the boys!! We found an absolutely wonderful trattoria which the boys will say it was their very favorite pizza of our entire Italy vacation. It was called Antica Trattoria Due Colonne. It was a 5 minute walk from our apartment. If we are ever back in Rome, we would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property!

Phenomenal location. Wonderful and extremely fair host. One member of our party had to back out due to medical issues at the last minute and the host removed the cost for the additional person. She was also super accommodating for an early check in. Wonderful communication from booking to check out. Glad the elevator is completed as it is many stairs!!

Antonella met us and took us up to the apartment to show how everything works. The lift was essential for getting our bags up and worked perfectly. The place was well stocked, and Antonella even left us some breakfast and snack items. The place has a great location right by the Pantheon. I definitely recommend staying there.

The location right next to the Pantheon is extremely convenient. The Italian Senate is right next door, so the area is extra safe. The view from the living room is fantastic. We three each had a bedroom and bathroom. The elevator made all the difference. Antonella received and accommodated us personally from beginning to end. (There’s a small perch above the porch.)

Wow!

Wonderful place! We were greeted by our host who had an assortment of snacks ready for us! The amenities can’t be beat. The place has everything, including a much appreciated elevator! The location was perfect for us.
