Excellent location and manager

Great property in a fantastic location. Owner was very responsive and check in and check out process were clear and straightforward. Loved the layout of the property and the AC worked flawlessly which was crucial in July/August.

We had a Lovely Stay at Via Giulia

Via Giulia was an excellent place to stay in Rome, and we will certainly be returning when we return to Rome. The location was very close to many small shops, a market in the morning, and great restaurants (È Passata la Moretta was one of our favorites of our trip). Massimo was an excellent host. He was swift to respond and very accommodating!

Great Location

We had a great stay. We were able to walk most places and were able to catch Taxis or Ubers very quickly. Plenty of room for a family of 7. Lovely place to stay and Aram was very thoughtful and helpful.

Three floors with patios on each

We loved this place! It was so unique with access to Vatican City and Campo Di Fiori. I really enjoyed sitting outside at night on the 2nd floor patio

Best in the area

We loved our time in Rome. The area was perfect for us, easy access to great restaurants and the sites we wanted to see. The house was well equipped and Ramin was very responsive to everything we needed. We definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Perfect location

Great apartment in great neighborhood!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed apartment. The location is easily my favorite place to stay in Rome. Virtually everything that you would want to do and see in the city is within walking distance. The apartment has been recently refurbished and has everything you made. Very nice place!

Great Neighborhood

Perfect location for touring Pantheon and Colosseum. Close to excellent restaurants. Seemed like everything was in walking distance. Minimalist but adequate kitchen. Note that the apartment is on three floors with the bedrooms on the first and third floors.

Excellent location off Via Guilia

This location off Via Guilia was so central and we could walk everywhere. This cozy apartment was well appointed and lovely and clean. We could walk to all of the attractions and just over the bridge from Travestere. Some great restaurants close by and wonderful stand up esspresso bars with the locals. Highly recommend this apartment in Central Rome.

Great location and communication

The property manager is excellent. Very responsive and coordinated transfers, recommendations and nice reception with wine and snacks at arrival. In spite of the living area being a bit smaller than appearing in the pictures, the outside sitting area is great and the place fit 6 adults comfortably. The location is excellent. Very nearby Trastevere, which is very fun at night.

Great location and stylish

The place was great, very close to Piazza Campo de Fiore ( fun market) and 10 min walk to Piazza Navona. Kitchen is small, so plan on eating out. The only complaint was the bathrooms could use some attention. Beds were comfy and very quite. Great breakfast place near by is Barnum Cafe. Also an artist studio not to be missed is gallery Arte 21, Andrea Bonaventura on via del Cappellari.

Perfect host

This was the perfect location and Ramin the perfect host. I had left my phone and my son had left some very expensive earbuds behind. Ramin was kind enough to overnight them to our hotel in Paris. Thank you so much Ramin. We will definitely stay here on our next trip

Perfect Central Rome Apartment

This apartment is in a lovely neighborhood on a quiet street. Easily walkable to all the major sites in the city and especially close to the Trastevere area with all the restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was a great landing place for us. The small kitchen allowed us to prepare snacks and breakfast. The two bathrooms were nicely updated. The apartment is three stories (main living on the second) which allows for some privacy in the space. Communication and check in was also excellent.

Smaller than it looks

The pictures are way better than real life. While it was a great location and had 3 seperate bedrooms it really needed a good scrub especially the top floor bathroom. Beds are not as big as Kings like advert says. However the location was fantastic as we walked everywhere.

Great spot to explore Roma!

The host was very responsive and offered great suggestions as first-time visitors to Rome for a party of 5 (my husband and I and kids aged 18 and 24). We arrived in Rome about an hour earlier than check-in time. I contacted Ramin who was at the property, and they had just finished cleaning allowing us to check-in sooner, which was perfect. We were a bit stressed when we got there just in dealing with the heat, taking a bus for the first time in a foreign country/city, then having to drag our luggage to the property. But, Ramin helped us with all our luggage to the various floors. Only cons are that there are a lot of stairs to climb, so for anyone not in decent shape or with mobility issues, this would be very problematic. Also, the mattresses were not very comfortable. Pros - responsive host, updated apartment, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, ease of access to many must see's. Bus system was easy to use as was Uber, when necessary. However, we mostly walked everywhere. Overall, think this is a nice place stay, but I would pack light to make it easier to transport luggage.

Wundervoll zentral gelegen, herrlicher Altbau, im Prinzip alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren zu siebt bei Ramin, der übrigens immer zu erreichen ist und tolle Lokale und Eisdielen kennt.Leider kann man am Tisch nur zu sechst sitzen, auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein. ABER in Roms herrlicher Altstadt, in der man keinen Straßenlärm hört (wirklich nicht zu glauben), absolut hinzunehmen.Die Betten sind bequem, das Plätzchen draußen total heimelig, im Sommer mit Sicherheit schön kühl, uns war es im Oktober zu frisch.Ideal für 4-6 Personen, die Wahrscheinlichkeit, daß wir wiederkommen und die Wohnung Freunden empfehlen, ist hoch.Danke Ramin!

Overall amazing stay, A/C worked great and host provided plenty of great spots for food. It’s located on the first floor so you do have some stairs but they are doable. There are also stairs inside the apartment to get to both sets of bedrooms. The living room is a generous size. Overall a comfortable stay in Rome!!

Our experience on this property was amazing. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 6. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Great Property. Great Management.

There were six adults in my group staying in this property. Check in was excellent. The manager was very responsive throughout our stay. The property consists of three floors: two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, one bedroom and bathroom in the lower level, a kitchen, living room and outdoor space on the main floor. The stairs in the suite are fairly narrow and steep so this apartment may not be suitable for all. The beds were quite comfortable. It was very quiet. The location was excellent - close to restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The host recommended several amazing restaurants. We stayed five nights and it would have been nice to get clean towels part way through. Overall we were pleased with the experience.
