Host is wonderful communication was wonderful! They let us in to store luggage! Maybe that’s why not as clean because they rushed to get us in early! Dead bugs in refrigerator. But it was a lovely location and we had a wonderful time in Rome!

Perfect location, FYI, keys for apt. Door was tricky to maneuver. Loved, loved, loved our time. Very clean, comfortable beds beautiful terrace and planty of room for our party of 7. Host was very helpful in transport from airport, day trip to Pompeii and last, to cruise ship port. Grazie.!!

Loved this apartment in Rome. It was well located and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rome is HUGE and crowded and busy but having this peaceful quiet spot to retreat home to at the end of a busy day was perfect.

Great place to stay in Naples! The host is super sweet and helpful when it comes to recommendations and tips for touring the city. The place was clean, so cute, with an excellent view of the city and volcano, and comfortable beds. There is even a place right at the entrance that you can check in your bags as you tour Pompeii or if you get there early. If you have a hard time with stairs/can't fit in a small elevator, the apartment might be difficult to reach. Also, the location was great for us because it was close to the train station but is far from the main city, so plan accordingly!

The location is great but there could be a bit more insulation in the basement suite since the wall in the bedroom had a slight gap and it seemed to be directly to the outside. There was some louder noise heard at night from outside on occasion. Would be nice to have a working lighter for the candles provided.

Our first family trip to Rome and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is superb and the hosts were very helpful, welcoming, and super quick to respond to questions. We went to a few of the hosts local restaurant recommendations and they ended up being our favorite eats. When I visit Rome again, I will absolutely be staying here again!

Was not exactly sure what to expect, esp outside the US. The apartment was easy to access with the directions provided. You do need to go up 2 short flights of stairs to access the main door. There is a very small elevator which was handy for luggage. The main door to the apartment is very narrow - realized later in our stay there is a tool that can be used to open the second half of the door if needed. There is air conditioning which does a decent job at keeping it comfortable, just know it needs to be turned off when you are not present in the apartment. The bedroom areas are either up another flight of stairs or down a flight of stairs from the main level. Not an issue for us, but others may find this challenging. The bathrooms were functional and included a hairdryer which was useful. We did utilize the washer, but you will need to air dry as there is not a dryer. Kitchen is small but there was a Nespresso machine (stop at a store to get coffee pods as there were none when we arrived) and refrigerator which was about all we needed. Location is close to many shops and dining. Overall, the apartment was tidy and served us well for our stay. Communication with host was great, including recommendations for dining locations and shops. We enjoyed our time in Rome.
