This modernly renovated flat covers the second floor of a historic building in the "Parione", one of the most ancient and characteristic district of
historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

WE ARE NOT A HOTEL WITH A CONCIERGE ALWAYS AVAILABLE, PLEASE NOTIFY IN ADVANCE WITH YOUR ARRIVAL TIME

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out

Lovely! Clean, comfortable, great location. We walked everywhere and there were a couple of bus stops nearby, too. Close to sites, wonderful restaurants, a couple of small grocery shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning and laundry that was available in the unit. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Thank you to the host as well for arranging an early ride to the airport. We’d stay here again!

Very comfortable apartment in an ideal location, quiet neighborhood but easily walkable to sights and dining. Host communication was great and everything we needed was provided. There are 3 flights of steep stairs to the apartment so guests must be able to climb.

Pleasant stay close to all the attractions

We had a great stay as it is in the heart of the historic part of Rome. Almost all the attractions are a short walk away so you sightsee in the morning, relax at that apartment in afternoon and head out again for evening. The apartment is surrounded with eateries, pizza places and gelatariws.

Great location!

We just loved the location of this property - close to a great little neighborhood for food and cafes. Clean and easy checkin process and all the amenities you would need! Stairs up were a bit of a hike but needed after all the gelato and pizza we ate!

Great Location

We just left Rome, and we loved this place. Great location, and an ever better neighborhood. There are amazing restaurants steps for the door, in almost every direction. My only complaint is that the city lights on the street are not working, so its quite dark, other than that - its the perfect place

Great location in Rome

This flat was very convenient to stay in. The location was great! The middle bedroom only had a cot so maybe not the most comfortable for an adult. The stairs are no joke, but we knew ahead of time and managed fine. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the location.

Terrible stairs

Quite near to the centre. Surrounded with good eating places. Modern but getting a bit tired. Comfortable beds. The single bedroom smelled of drains.Our apartment was on the second floor accessed by a steep spiral staircase unsuitable for children, carrying heavy bags or anyone with a bad back or mobility problems.A lot of fines for behaviour they don't like. It said on-line that if we turned up without cash to pay the city tax we wouldn't be allowed in.There should be a warning on line about the stairs.

Great Location good price

Overall this was a great property steps from Piazza Navona. Very clean and cosy. I would say however the maximum of three adults would enjoy this unit as the common area is small. Everything was in working order except the bathroom lighting. Bathrooms are dark. I would definitely stay here again.

Week long stay in Rome (Pantheon neighborhood)

While this property is showing some wear and tear, it is for good reason. The location in Tome is superb. The apartment is spacious and comfortable (we were a family of five with three grown children) and is literally a 10-30 min maximum walk to everything you would want to see in Rome. If you stay here, you must eat right around the corner at Antica Taverna. Best food for the money we had in Rome with excellent service and attention. Also around the corner is the best sandwich shop around - Dei Papi Navona Prosciutteria Cantina.

Great weekend spot

This is a great place for a weekend stay. The cozy neighborhood is filled with locals and tourists alike. There isn’t any space for storing clothes besides your suitcase. The two main bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment so plenty of privacy. There are two good options for food basically right outside your door. The stairs leading to the apartment are steep and windy which could create a problem for some. Especially if your luggage is heavy. Overall nice place!

Perfect start to our trip!

We spent two days in Rome as a start to our log awaited family vacation and what a perfect start it was. Fabrizio sent his driver to meet us at the airport and was at the apartment waiting when we arrived. He left suggestions for local restaurants and a map. We took his suggestion to download the MyTaxi app and found it very easy to get around the city without having to fumble for euros with each trip. The apartment was comfortable and located close to many historic sites, local eateries, etc. All in all it was a great experience!

Wonderful

Beautifully furnished place (looks exactly like the photos) with very good location since it is very close to Piazza Navona, and many good dining options (including Da Fancesco, which is a stone's throw away, the famous da Baffetto, and Frigidarium). It is also just a short walk to Fontana de Trevi, the Pantheon, and the Vatican. Mattias and his assistant Fabrizo were very good hosts, too! They made sure everything went well during our stay in their apartment, and were generous enough to offer the entire day of our last day so we wouldn't rush our departure. Thank you Mattias and Fabrizo!

Couldn’t have been better

If you want to be in the absolute center of downtown Roma in a clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced location this is for you. The property is exactly as depicted in the listing if not better. Check in process was seamless and our host even arranged for transportation from the airport with private driver waiting at our gate for a cost comparable to a taxi. Fantastic WiFi available and zero power issues during our time. Fabrizio was very quick to respond to any questions including suggestions for transport from the unit to Termini station at departure. Great access to 2 super markets for any thing you might need during your stay. Tons of restaurants, bars and delicious gelato steps from the front door. A truly fantastic experience.

Piazza Navona ROME!!!!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!!! Our family had a fabulous time walking the old cobblestone streets of Rome! There's no need for a taxi or bus once you arrive at the apartment, which looks just like the pictures. There are soooo many restaurants, coffee shops, little boutiques and HISTORICAL sites all within walking distance! With many great restaurants & coffee shops right outside the apartment door! The Colosseum, Roman Forum, Palantine Hill, Trevi Fountain, The Spanish Steps, Vatican City / Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and so much more all within a 10-25 minute walk. The apartment has everything you need and the showers have great water pressure. The location is a 10! Fabrizo, Thank YOU SO MUCH for your incredible support to assist with our transportation to and from the airports! YOU'RE a fabulous host and so easy to work with, words can not describe the relief my family of 7 had when we finally retrieved our luggage after experiencing a 2 - 1/2 hour delay coming through customs upon landing in Rome to find our DRIVER waiting to take us to Piazza Navona! What more can I say, our stay in ROME was absolutely FABULOUS! We can't wait to return to your beautiful and awe-inspiring city! Definitely recommend

I am glad I trusted the reviews of this location and apartment. Communication w Fabrizio was seamless. He always responded quickly to emails and texts. He will greet you at the apartment to go over housekeeping details. Which I’m thankful he did. The WiFi works great too. Location to everything is walking distance (except colosseum... recommend taxi due to heat). We covered quite a bit of sites each day easily. There’s a grocery about 3 min walk around the corner surrounded by quaint restaurants, gelatarias, shops, etc... The amenities were sufficient since we like to have snacks on hand. The refrigerator works well and A/C was a God send at the end of the day and the washer/dryer unit great to have to reduce having to overpack. But I can tell you the process is long and it isn’t necessary to dry the full time as if it VERY hot. Fabrizio was kind enough to arrange drivers for our arrival and departure and although we had arranged our excursions prior to our arrival, he can assist with that. If you have difficulty navigating stairs, this goes up an enchanting winding staircase. Being in a foreign country you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times when visiting the sites. But for the apartment, we felt extremely safe as the unit doesn’t have a lot of traffic for concern. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other 2 rooms have sufficient room, and there is a pullout. So it will comfortably sleep 7. You can’t go wrong on this location. Highly recommend and I would choose this location again when we come back. Thank you Fabrizio
