Excellent apartment

Excellent communication with Alex and Ruel. Transfers were smooth, checking in was straightforward with good information even though we were delayed. Excellent location within walking distance from all areas of interest. Accommodation and beds very comfortable with plenty of towels. Air con and fans were very effective given the +40 temps although smaller bedroom became quite hot. Enough lounge seating for a family of 4 but bigger groups may struggle. Plenty of crockery, glasses, cutlery but more large drinking mugs, a chopping board for cutting bread and a good supply of refuse bags would have been helpful. Overall very satisfied and would recommend highly - thank you Alex and Ruel.

Apartment in ideal location near Piazza Navona

If you want to experience Rome by foot, this apartment is in the perfect location to do so. Steps away from the Piazza Navona, we were able to explore all of the key stops in the city during the 1.5 days we were there. Alex and Ege were excellent hosts, helping us to arrange transportation to the rental, and then to the airport on our last day. Ege even assisted us with making a dinner reservation and helped us plot out the best routes for exploring the city.While this location is a little noisy at night due to the busy nightlife, it was worth it for being so close to everything we wanted to see. We highly recommend this quaint apartment for your stay in Rome!

PERFECTION!

Thank you Alex for allowing us to stay at your apartment. We were able to walk to Vatican City, the Colosseum, everywhere. Lot's of fun restaurants and pubs close by. Many of the waiters were like Family by the time we left. We had 5 women in our group and had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We even learned how to use a drying rack when doing laundry!!!Thanks again for your hospitality and prompt responses and organizing our airport transportation. Truly was perfection!

Best place I have stayed in Rome!

This property is clean, convenient and in a perfect location to explore the city center. Management was very cooperative and responsive. I have been here many times, and this is my favorite place to stay so far!

From srart to finish this was such an easy and delightful process. Alex was so prompt in providing information, answering questions and arranging transportation. Ege was great at check in. We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great Place Great Location

Loved the apartment and location. Apartment was clean and spacious. Located just off the Piazza, the neighborhood was charming and it was easy to walk to most places in Rome. Great hosts also!

L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien placé. Les problèmes: Il faut avoir réservé et payé pour voir apparaitre une liste de suppléments plus ou moins obligatoires et non prévus. Par exemple une surcharge pour check in après 20 heures. Ensuite: l'arnaque de la taxe de séjour: annoncée à 3 €/pax/nuit Ruel perçoit 6 € en disant que c'est Abritel qui a mal indiqué. Abritel m'a confirmé que légalement la taxe est peçue par personne et par jour REELLEMENT occupés. Se réfugiant derrière le système informatique de déclaration Ruel nous a taxés sur le nombre de lits et de nuits même inoccupées. C'est absolument anormal. ça n'est pas au client de supporter les défaillances du système. Enfin: le bruit. On ne peut jamais savoir à l'avance le bruit. Les sites n'en parlent pas. Cet appartement est bruyant: Vendredi de 20h à 24 heures = cris du restaurant sous la fenêtre. DE 2h à 4h du matin = chariots de linge de l'hôtel Raphael bringueballant bruyamment dans la ruelle. De 4h à 8h = livraisons sonores avec des camions arrêtés moteur tournant à 50 mètres. Il n'y a qu'une chambre avec doubles vitrages. Même dans la chambre avec double vitrage le bruit est impossible. Nous avons connu la même chose dans un appartement passegiata di Ripetta = ils ont carrément mis deux doubles fenêtres, et c'est efficace, c'est même indispensable. Etant moi même propriétaires de maisons louees par VRBO j'ai une expérience de ces problèmes et je constate qu'il est payant d'etre honnête.

Fabulous!

It was absolutely wonderful and the perfect place to stay. We loved it. Ruel was so helpful in getting us settled and understanding everything. The apartment is really nice and very homey, yet has everything you would need for a nice stay. GREAT PLACE!

Great location in Rome

Top Lage

Das Appartement befindet sich an einer Top Lage gleich bei der Piazza Navona. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Einrichtung. Grössere Schimmelflecken an einem Lavabo und tw. in den Duschen. Die Couch hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen und hatte Flecken wie auch die Kissen. 3 grössere Kaffeetassen sind etwas wenig für 5 Nordeuropäer. Die Wohnung ist dunkel (baubedingt, da Altbau). Es gibt nur eine Einfachverglasung bei den Fenstern, die den Lärm von den Strassen nicht gross hindert. Sehr gutes WLAN.

Family Vacation to Italy 2023

My family group of six (two parents, two 18-year-olds and two 19-year olds) stayed in this apartment June 26 - 28, 2023. It was bigger than expected, given the great location near Piazza Navona. The location was very convenient - close to Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, and Piazza Navona. Booking was easy, host communication was good, and the recommendations given during check-in were very helpful. We felt comfortable (i.e., safe) in the neighborhood. We definitely recommend this apartment.

Great flat in busy part of City near popular sites.

This was a very nice property and highly recommended. It's a busy area but very near all the sites you want to see. Only being provided 1 key was a challenge with 5 of us but we managed.

Lovely Flat in Excellent Location.

Our family of 4 - 2 adults and two grown children - really enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The flat was as expected and Alex also kindly provided some great recommendations for non-touristy restaurants, shopping areas and experiences. He was also very responsive when a light bulb blew out in the kitchen the first night, coming to replace it the next morning. Particularly helpful was Alex walking us through how to operate everything when we got there and also providing an up to date binder with accurate instructions and photos of how to operate all systems in the flat.

Alex and Ruel were fantastic! They were extremely communicative, gave us tons of local information, and when we had an issue, they were over right away to resolve it. The location is great to be able to use as a central point to explore all of Rome.

Location, Location, Location!

This is a great apartment! We were walking distance from everything. We loved exploring the neighborhood shops, restaurants and gelato! Cute and high rated restaurant in the courtyard. We did not eat there but it was recommended and the ambiance was lovely, We just ran out time! There is a bit of street noise at night, my light sleeper put on a white noise app and that helped him out a lot. I hope to return some day!
