A wonderful apartment in a fantastic part of Rome. Spacious and with stunning views over rooftops to the Botanic Gardens. Endless choices of bars and restaurants when you step out the door but only a short walk to the sublime beauty of the old city. Raffaella is a thoughtful host and a good communicator. We will always remember watching the full moon from many windows as the sunset paled to soft evening light then indigo. A thoroughly memorable apartment.

We were a bit surprised when we arrived at the property for the online pictures were exactly what we saw, but they made the place look a little better than it was. I not going to get into what we thought and what we found, but it was different.Do not take me wrong, now that we stayed at the property for 3 day, I would go back because of it's location, convenience and it was clean.The host responded to all our inquires within a reasonable timeframe. It had all you needed for a good stay - shops nearby, kitchen, and laundry.

This is a sweet apartment in an area that is vibrant, filled with restaurants and shops. Raffaella was a wonderful host. The apartment is small and is on the top floor so the roof is slanted in many areas, something to consider if you have tall family members. The terrace was lovely but accessible only through the smallest bedroom. You can see the dome of St. Peter from the terrace! A couple of considerations, there was only one bath towel per person, no dish towel, only basic kitchen amenities. It would have been hard to be there for an extended stay. Raffaella was very communicative, quick to respond.

Great location with a stunning view. Noise wasn’t an issue at all. Lots of stairs - very typical for the area (there’s a tiny elevator that helped with luggage). Host and caretaker were helpful and very nice. Beds were very clean, crisp, and comfortable. Evidence of the water damage/mold (see earlier review) in the bathrooms, but no smell in the apartment. The kitchen is not well-equipped - was fine for our family for a couple of nights, eating out for all our meals, but wouldn’t work for more use.

Yes we had a big damage on the roof and since the apartment is just below of it we had inside damages. We fixed the lost of water on the roof but in high season was hard to repaint the all apartment because the water had to dry and since we are fully booked we could not make it. We will take care of it as soon as we’ll get in to low season! Regarding the kitchen, I lived there for 6 months with my three kids and had no problems managing food but of course it depends on what type of tools people are looking for….

Gorgeous apartment, great location, excellent host!! Could not have asked for more! We had a great stay! The host and cleaner worked with us for early luggage drop off and late check out and offered recommendations for local stops. Would absolutely stay again!

The location was perfect! The apartment was clean. The owner was amazing and helpful during planning and the visit! There is a washer, but no dryer and the clothesline is outside. It rained for three days during our trip so we could not dry our towels. Despite the wet towels, I would definitely recommend!!

Great apartment in Trastevere

This was a very nice apartment in a great location. There are beautiful views of Rome from the patio and bedroom. Checking in was easy and the host was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The area is vibrant and fun. It was a lovely place to stay in Rome!
