Book this immediately! Great space, AC (huge bonus for our August stay), close to endless cafes, restaurants, shops. Walking distance to most attractions. Rest communication with host. No complaints!
Very nice apartment. Great communication with owner and team, and they were able to fix a minor issue at the beginning of the stay very quickly. Absolutely quiet apartment even with a lively night crowd. Such a cool area to stay. Walk to most major sites in under 35 minutes, with some much closer. Would stay here again.
We stayed here as a family of 5. The apartment is great, it’s in the Trastevere area, which has plenty of great restaurants and places to eat and snack, and perfectly situated for all the major must-sees - within a 30 minute walk to the colosseum and Vatican City, for example. The apartment is spacious, clean and secure, and was well set up for us: my wife and I had a bedroom on the upper floor, our twin boys shared a bedroom, and our daughter had a room to herself. The kitchen is well equipped, good size fridge and freezer, great oven and hob, and even a dishwasher and washing machine. We bought food from a local supermarket (7 minute walk) and cooked a couple of simple meals at the apartment. The communication from the team was excellent, which really made a difference to our stay. They were able to respond quickly to my questions and were always happy to help. We had a small problem that was dealt with quickly and as a matter of priority- I felt like the team cared about our stay.Would highly recommend.

Excellent Stay and Ideal Location - Highly Recommend!!!
We stayed here with my family of 5 with our 3 adult children (18, 20 & 22) and it was the perfect space for us with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Extremely clean and comfortable. The location was ideal - right in the center of amazing restaurants and little bars outside our door. Communication was great and the host even met us at check-in to explain the apartment and answer any questions we had - even sent me a text a day before our checkout to see if we were leaving by train as there was a train strike in Italy …. That we didn’t know about but luckily we have an early train so it didn’t affect our travels.

Great location in Rome. The neighborhood is lively and has an abundance of restaurants.
We loved our stay. This apartment is located right in the heart of Trastevere. Lots of restaurants and a really fun and lively neighborhood to walk around in.
The apartment is clean and spacious. Lots of closet space to unpack and the bathrooms were very spacious. We would stay here again.

Wonderful
Luigi’s apartment was perfect for our group6. The location was wonderful! Lots of restaurants nearby. This is a lively neighborhood but with the windows closed the street noise was gone. Check in was easy and the transfers arranged for us went off without a hitch. I will definitely stay here again.

Overall the area has lot of restaurants and bars and convenient to get to other parts of the city. I would definitely return.

Loved it! Great location!
Two couples stayed and had a lovely time. Huge amount of space... The location was wonderful....restaurants and bars galore just out the door! It was not too noisy being in such a lively area. the kitchen is wonderful. The third bedroom has a pull out couch. it was pretty comfy. We loved the happy hour at the place directly below it... delicious food included with the purchase of a drink...you really cant beat it! we would stay here again for sure!

I would stay here again again and again if I had the chance. Centrally located in Trasteverde - a corner apartment with the view down two streets. The three bedrooms were nice for our family of four and the living space worked out very well. The neighborhood can be loud at night but that is expected in this area. The apartment is also a little loud due to hard edges and finishes throughout. Definitely worth the $ - book now or lose out on the best apartment in all of Rome!

My wife, best friend, his wife, and I all enjoyed staying at your apartment. It is perfectly located within half an hour walking of everything (Trevi Fountain, Vatican, Piazza Venecia, Piazza Navarona, Colosseum, etc). Best of all, at night the neighborhood seems to awaken do to all of the small restaurants, pubs, and activity at the piazza a block away. This was an added surprise for all of us. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you for letting us stay at your Apartment.

First international booking for myself on VRBO and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Luigi and his team are very well organized. Their welcome app had all the information needed for a great stay including information on check in/out, transportation, and his best bets for places to eat. The aparment is in the heart of Trestavere. Step outside the door and you have a multiple options for eating, drinking and shopping. We walked to all the major tourist sites from the apartment.
Everything was as advertised. Thanks Luigi!

Great apartment in the heart of Trastevere
My family of five stayed in this apartment for three nights at the beginning of August. The apartment is in an excellent location on Via del Morro and just around the corner from Piazza de Santa Maria. There's an abundance of eating and drinking options in Trastevere and always a lot going on in the evenings. The apartment is clean and well furnished and the air conditioning was able to keep us mostly cool during the 100+ temperatures that hit during our stay. Our scheduled transfers to and from the airport were reasonable and went without a hitch. I highly recommend this apartment.

Roomy, clean apartment in great location
The apartment was roomy, clean and modern. It is in a great location close to many excellent restaurants, bars and shops. It is also convenient for buses and the trolley if you are not up to walking to all the sites. However, it is within fairly easy walking distance to the Vatican, the Forum and many other must-see tourist areas. Our family of four, including two young adult children, were very comfortable in the apartment. However, it could sleep two more if need be. I also want to say that the owner and the property manager were very responsive to our needs, before, during and even after our stay.

Fantastico! Perfecto! Overall great experience and fantastic accommodation!
This apartment has a perfect location! You can walk out your door and enjoy pastry shops, many great restaurants, retail shops and experience great night life . You can walk to many sights including the Colosseum , The Vatican or a short stroll over the bridge to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona. Walk down the street and catch an inexpensive taxi ride to the train station for a day trip to the Amalfi Coast, Florence and many other cities. The apartment had all amenities needed and more with a very comfortable and relaxing environment . Modern upgrades throughout this spacious apartment allowed for a great experience for our family. Ms.Alessia was there to welcome us to answer any questions and gave us helpful information about the area with availability at anytime. Transportation to and from the airport was made for us with no worry . I highly recommend this apartment for a great experience in Rome !

Fabulous location in the heart of Trastevere
This second floor apartment is in the heart of Trastevere which means Saturday night is hopping with people strolling the streets, dining in the church piazza and buskers in Piazza Trilussa. Sunday morning is a bit dissapointing seeing the trash left by the revellers - it was allcleaned up on Monday. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. We really appreciated the clothes washer. Aprtment has a queeb bed and private bath in upper floor, twin beds on main floor plus a dining/living room and separate kitchen (well equipped with modern appliances). There is also a pull-out couch in a separate room (kind of a bedroom/den) on the main floor. The streets are narrow and cobblestone - we needed to walk 3 short blocks from Piazza Trilussa - no big deal.

Don't pass this one by...it's amazing!
The apartment was clean, roomy, and modern. The location was great. We were within walking distance to most of the sites on our list and there are literally dozens of wonderfully delicious restaurants on the same street. However, the most appreciated part of this trip was the property manager Luigi, and his assistant Alicia. Luigi answered every one of our emails immediately and offered help, information, personal recommendations, travel tips, and train information. We could not have don't much of what we did without him! Alicia introduced herself via email and although we never met her she helped with transportation from the airport and also arranged taxi services for us for other events that we needed a lift to. She stayed in contact with us, had heart follow through, and was on the ball! Stay here, you won't be sorry
Oh yes, we were allowed to check in several hours early at no additional cost!

After researching each area of Rome extensively, I decided Trestevare would be the best area for our family to stay in over Christmas. We have three children ages 17, 18 and 21 and they wanted to be able to go out at night on their own and have fun places to go. We couldn’t have picked a better spot! The area is full of wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and bars. There is a great little bar right below the apartment where we would go each night after dinner. The area was safe, clean and friendly without being touristy at all. All areas were definitely within walking distance but our family likes to walk. The areas around the Trevi, Vatican and Steps were very crowded and we were so glad we did not stay in those areas. Luigi’s apartment was perfect for our family of 5 but would be tight for 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped. The upstairs bathroom shower was tight for my husband who is 6’1” so he used the first floor shower. The apartment is up one short level of stairs and might be hard for someone with limitations. However, all of Rome can be physically challenging to navigate. Luigi and his assistants were available at all times and arranged transportation for us. I would love to return soon and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you, Luigi, for a wonderful holiday!

Great place but can be improved on easily with little effort
Great location and beautiful upgraded apt. The apt is in old Rome neighborhood and has some issues 1) Internet is weak and we could not download office emails so we had to use restaurant internet down the st. At cafe called Friends.2) There is a lot of noise on the st. Until 4 am and you can really hear it- part of neighborhood 3). Fuse keeps blowing n apt shutting off heat all night while we sleep and day when we are out- we were never given blankets (only sheets) for entire first week we were there of 2 week stay so we froze all night and had to get up a no. Of times to flip fuse. Also because refrig shut off when fuse kept blowing food in refrig spoiled 4) Sofa pull out cannot be used to sleep on - mattress is awful and couch springs poke you all night. Though apt room wise sleeps 6, because of sofa condition apt only really sleeps 4- this could be remedied with new mattress or bed. My 3 adult children had to sleep in twin beds together and wound up in hotel part of stay. No one should ever sleep on that couch. 5)Lastly, this is my 5th vrbo rental, 3rd in Italy, and was only rental where I was given only 1 set of towels per person for 12 dy stay... Unless I paid more (there is no dryer) so washing them and having them dry timely is a problem. Also, first stay ever where more than 1 toilette paper roll and no extra pillows or blankets were provided. In fact, for first week, we had no blankets and froze. To owner, it would be wise to charge a bit more and provide blankets, extra pillows towels and toilette paper esp for a 12 day stay... The apt is lovely but truly can be Better managed and improved on to provide a more comfortable stay. The apt. Is lovely and we are still enjoying our stay.

Dear Tammy
I'm sorry but I have not received any communication from you on these issues during your stay.
I would have intervened promptly to resolve any problems .
So, I will speak with the cleaning lady to understand why you have not had the covers.... this is normal :-/
Again , I'm sorry I did not hear anything from you during your stay because I would have solved all your problems.
However, I am very glad that in spite of this you had a nice stay in Rome
Thanks for everything .

Wonderful stay in Rome....clean. convenient. reliable. prompt. Part 1 of 2.
We rented this 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Rome. It is in the neighborhood of Trastevere (western Rome) south of the vatican and adjacent to the river. It is a very touristy neighborhood but I am a tourist and there were lots of conveniences. We were close enough to walk to everywhere (except maybe the main train station Rome Terminal). Piazza Trilussa (2 very short blocks away) has a taxi station, great cafe, garbage-recycle disposal, newsstand. The partying in this neighborhood (especially on Friday and Saturdays) go till late (1-2am) so if you are in need of a quiet apartment, this may not be the place for you. We found the noise tolerable and it did not impede our sleeping or enjoyment of the apartment and neighborhood.
Apartment. 2nd floor apartment with lots of windows in the living room. place was very clean and recently updated. Bathrooms were very nice. The upstairs shower is very very tiny but sufficient. It's an old building as probably most or all of Rome so noise carries in the stone stairwell. Nice kitchen with basic spices and stocked well. Washing machine functioned well. There is a laundromat 2 very short blocks from apt (if you need a dryer) but we just lay our clothes over chairs and they dried quickly. Beds were comfortable (neither stellar or bad). My son slept on the sofa instead of pulling out the bed part so can't comment on that.
American-International TV available. Good Wireless Wi-Fi. We set up an electronic charging station in the kitchen and the electric breaker kept going off but it was simply resetting the breaker in the electrical panel adjacent to the front door. Linens and towels were all white and clean. Towels for 6 but no extras. Extra linens were available. Plenty of cleaning supplies under kitchen sink. Reusable shopping bags and a shopping cart were available which was very thoughtful. Garbage and recycling disposal is scheduled twice daily in 2 hr windows and is 2 short blocks away (hence, the handy cart).
Luigi was VERY prompt and reliable in answering questions and providing information. He also provided information for a Vatican tour guide, Francesco Onofri who was fabulous and an exemplary Italian gentleman. He was very knowledgable and i would HIGHLY recommend him. He also went out of his way to obtain last minute Palm Sunday Papal mass tickets for us which are free but we did not plan well and did not request them in time (2 months is recommended)
