Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms by the Spanish Steps

This apartment is located in Via Mario de Fiori, on the corner with the famous street Via Frattina and just behind the Spanish Steps. It measures approximately 90m2 and has been completely renovated and very tastefully furnished. It is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT lift. From the entrance, you immediately enter into a kind of living-dining room. Here there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a large table with chairs for 7 persons. The kitchenette is equipped with 2 gas burners. There is a refrigerator. Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 7persons. Then there are 3 bedrooms each having a private bathroom with shower , toilet and bidet. Each room has a double bed, a small desk and a chest. One room also has a pull out sofa which can become a French double bed. So for a total of 7 persons. in the kitchen you will find a smart TV


The whole apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It has both heat and cool options.
Each bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.

May we advise you that we do the check in from 2 till 10pm. in case your arrival at the airport is after 09pm, please send us a request and we will decide if we can accept this arrival and however there will be a surcharge of 40 eur to be paid.

Awesome apt

We loved our stay. The owner Carlo was so kind. He met us upon arriving and at check out.The apt was very clean. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. It had AC. It was very close to shopping,restaurants the Spanish steps, and Trevi Fountain. We would definitely recommend this apt and we will re-book next time we’re in Rome.

Good location. Very near the Spanish steps. Mattress was not very good. Thin and pokey springs. Showers were very small. Difficult to bend and wash lower body. A/C was good. No lift. Stairs were very steep made for some struggle getting in. Much better when going down. Unit was very clean. Very friendly check in assistant.

Roman holiday

We spent a week touring Rome with the family. This is a great central location with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is lively into the night and wakes early opening shops and bars. Bring earplugs and masks to help to get some sleep.

Great location

The location is very good. Right near the Spanish Steps in a very safe neighborhood. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby plus a small grocery store. The stairs can be tough, so just need to plan accordingly.

Great area to see all the main attractions and enjoy the food and cafes. Stairs are many but not a problem if you are able. The 3 bathrooms and bedrooms are great. Quite a small shower for a larger person.

Holiday in Rome

My friends and I had a great time staying in the apartment. Two things to note: showers are small and you have to navigate to get in and shower. Also the sofa in the 3rd bedroom could be updated. Location is great!

Wonderful location, great communication

We very much enjoyed this property. It is the perfect location to be a tourist in Rome. Easy walks to many major sites, plus close to the metro that will take you to the Vatican. From previous reviews, we were expecting something smaller, but we found the rooms to be quite spacious. The kitchenette was functional for our group of 7 to make breakfast. There is a Carrefour Express just around the corner. We took of one star for cleanliness as it’s apparent this is a well used vacation property and it’s probably time for the paint to be refreshed. The host arranged our airport transfer, which was seamless, and the owner was waiting for our arrival. We would absolutely stay here again.

A modern escape in the heart of Rome

First off - this is an outstanding location! When booking a stay here, you're in a prime location that is less than a 15 minute walk from many of Rome's best sites including the Spanish Steps and Pantheon. Checking in and checking out were very easy. Carlo was super helpful and always on schedule. We had some baggage issues where one of our bags had been damaged on the train and Carlo even brought us a screwdriver to help fix it! The unit is modestly furnished and has a hotel-like feel. During the summer heat in Rome, we appreciated each room having its own air conditioner. Also, for a larger group, having 3 bathrooms is incredibly useful! This vacation rental was a good value, a great location, and wonderful service. We'd stay here, again!

Brigitte made this transaction as easy as possible for us. She arranged transportation from the airport and 3 days later to the cruise line. She was at the apartment upon arrival to give us info on the apartment and its location. Thank goodness for the air conditioning as it was a warm 3 days in Rome. The 4 flights of stairs got us in shape for all the walking that we did in Rome and then on excursions from the cruiseship.We were able to walk to all the attractions in Rome from the apartment. It was located basically at the bottom of the Spanish Steps which was awesome. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you Brigitte for your help in booking this and your care of us while there. I will definitely keep your info on hand for any future stays or for any friends that may be coming to Rome!!

The location was excellent and the communication with the host was excellent but the place was basic for what we paid. Doesn’t cater to all travellers. There was hand soap and nothing else. We have experienced other stays where there were nice touches like shower gel, shampoo, water in the fridge etc.

Perfect Place in Rome

The host was very helpful and accommodating. The flat was clean and in an ideal location in Rome. Great restaurants and shopping just outside the door. I will stay there again if in Rome.
