Located on the 4th floor of an historical building, in one of the most famous and elegant streets of Rome, just a few steps from the Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna (Spanigh Steps), this elegant and bright apartment is composed of 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, and you can walk to most of the city's sights. Just a few minutes walk from the underground train service A line Spagna.

We loved our stay here! There were 6 of us total including my 2 in-laws and my 2 children (both under 10). There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the location- right by the Spanish steps but far enough away to avoid any extra noise. The elevator seemed brand new. Very clean building and enjoyed the cafe next door for morning drinks. Great location, Nice little coffee shop right next door. Everything worked as it should. Only one of the three beds had a sag in the middle which made it uncomfortable for two people. The shower head was locked in a position you needed to crouch down to wash the upper part of your body which was a bit inconvenient. I also made arrangements prior to my booking in which i was told it would be ok for us to put our bags in there at a specific time prior to check in. When i arrived they said i was not allowed to and even showing them the message they said they would.. they pretty much said.. oh well. Check in / check out was easy and Antonio was very friendly. i say a 4.5 out of 5 based on these factors. I would stay there again if they replace the mattress, fix the shower and would keep their word.
