Located on the 4th floor of an historical building, in one of the most famous and elegant streets of Rome, just a few steps from the Trinità dei Monti in Piazza di Spagna (Spanigh Steps), this elegant and bright apartment is composed of 3 large double bedrooms, a spacious living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchenette and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). The apartment has free wi fi and air conditioning.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic city center, and you can walk to most of the city's sights. Just a few minutes walk from the underground train service A line Spagna.

This property was as advertised. Bedrooms all good. Many restaurants and attractions nearby. We actually walked to the Colosseum from here. Our host was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived an hour early and she met us and provided some great help and recommendations on how to get around the area.Very nice!Ed

We loved our stay here! There were 6 of us total including my 2 in-laws and my 2 children (both under 10). There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the location- right by the Spanish steps but far enough away to avoid any extra noise. The elevator seemed brand new. Very clean building and enjoyed the cafe next door for morning drinks. The location is excellent with walking to all of the sites, trevi, spanish steps, colliseum and if your really a walker then to the Vatican! We felt very comfortable and safe our whole time!
